I went to Lowes to purchase a gas grill. The customer service was exceptional. Not only did I get the gas grill that I wanted but i got it at a great price. I had the grill delivered to my home on perhaps one of their busiest delivery day –but their commitment to deliver on time as promised was honored. Polite delivery people too. kudos to Lowes home improvement. I love the store and its great customer service and will travel the 10 miles to get to it even though Home Depot is less two mile from me– (had horrible experiences there –all customer service /​product inventory related).
