First time I am writing a review but it was so bad this morning I had to write something.
I went and got my nails done yesterday. I get an overlay over my nail so they don’t break. On my thumb the fix I got done broke last night which happens sometimes. So I went back there this morning at 9 and I asked for the fix. Granted they didn’t show to open the shop until 915. The owner Jenny said who did you nails? I said Ashley, who by the way is a great technician. Jenny said you would need to come back in an hour when Ashley comes in. I said this is your shop right? And she said yes. So I said why can’t someone else do it since I am already here and I paid yesterday. So then she says, you may get charged three dollars. I said you are the owner so make sure I don’t get charged or you can do my nails right? And she said I have an appointment. She said the technicians work on commission. Are you seriously telling me that no one will fix my nails for the potential one to 1.5 bucks that you are probably giving back of the 3. So I went across the street to Top Nails intending to pay and they did not charge me anything. I like Ashley but I will not be going back to Jenny’s again because that is bad customer service.
If I could mark no stars I would.

I’m from New York and on the way back home caught a flat tire and needed to get it fixed at the Pepboys nearby. As I waited for the car I decided to stop in here for a gel mani.
The place is not that great looking inside, there were flies flying around, and I waited for quite a while to be attended to. The lady was not that friendly at all but she did my nails well. The gel mani looks great, shiny, and neat. Three stars solely on the basis of how my nails came out. If I lived in the area however, I may consider going to another salon.

Agree with the previous reviews. I’ve gone twice and the males did an awful job both times on my toes. They got the polish all in the sides of the nail and on my skin and the final coat was rough, not smooth.
I shouldn’t have to go home and touch up my nails right after I get them done. Also, the paint chipped off 1 week later on both occasions. Not going back and I’ll be sure to tell my friends the same.

Bad experience. Do not come here. They get extreemly upset if you ask a question, the men techs do not do pedi’s well. They have no form of customer service. This place is a major FAIL…
