GREAT!!! Me and my husband took our twin 4 year olds here for their 4th birthday to swim in the pool in March. The pool area was clean and we were the only ones there. The beds were awesome and our 3 month old also loved them too! She slept like a angel. The staff was friendly and it was a good deal for one night. We will be back.

Really pleased with out stay here! Staff was accommodating to us and our dog. Their is a pet fee for $ 20 and first floor smoking room was the pet friendly room. We walked in and it was immaculate. No sign of smoking or mustiness like I would’ve expected. We checked in at 9pm and checked out at 6am didn’t get to use gym, indoor pool or amenities. We liked the location as its very close to the Delaware memorial bridge, good halfway point Stop from Virginia to Albany.

Pros; clean rooms, comfortable beds, very friendly and helpful staff, nice looking indoor pool(didn’t try the pool, alas.) Cons; slow and erratic WiFi in some rooms, «meh» breakfast, the noisiest toilets I have EVER come across in a hotel(some sort of pressure assist low flow toilet — the flush noise will startle you the first time.) Bottom line; good value if you can book for under $ 85 a night. Toast a bagel for breakfast; there’s cream cheese in the refrigerator to the right of the buffet.

Best of the 7 I stayed at on this trip. Room was clean and quiet. Spa was warm and breakfast was good. beds were very comfortable. My only complaint… They only provide 3 towels for a room that slept and checked in 4 and I had to ask three times for an additional towel. However, the morning we were flying and leaving at 5am, the young lady on duty was really helpful when we were having problems printing our boarding passes. Thanks again to her for helping us catch our flight!

My new«go to» hotel! During my second stay, my assigned room was closer to that elevator than I wanted. I went back to the front desk, asked if a move was possible and Rebecca was WONDERFUL!!! She was able to move my room to a quiet area of the hotel and said she would add the room block area that would be best for me to their guest notes. That is taking care of business! And again, my room was super clean, fresh smelling and quiet. This time I managed to have their morning coffee, delicious.

BEDBUGSROOM111 My friend and I arrived after midnight to the hotel. I had a horrible time sleeping because the ac was blowing hot air and the bed was so uncomfortable. I was woken up by my friend who was frantic because she was getting bitten. We turned on the lights and saw bed bugs crawling around the sheets. We packed up all our belonging in plastic trash bags because we were worried about bringing the bedbugs home. I complained to the hotel manager and his response was that the hotel was just renovated, what the heck does that have to do with bugs!!! He took ten dollars of the room fee. What a disgrace! I will never stay in a Best Western again. As far as the renovations the manger spoke off, both the bedspreads had gross stains, the sheets were old and thin and the little chair near the bed was filled with stains. GROSS!!! Obviously room 111 was not renovated! I was really mad because I wanted to check out the pool and have the free breakfast that was included in the price but ended up running out off the place so fast because I was so freaked out!!!
