Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I never post bad reviews and am very easy going but this is a horrible location for service. After being told that I could pick up my furniture any time before the store closes, I got there at 7:30pm and they tried turning me away, saying that pick up cut off time is at 7pm. After I complained how I drove over an hour to that location, they finally let me pick up my furniture. They sent me out back to find the dock (meanwhile, it’s dark in the alley and there’s no store signs). After waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out, I had to call the front desk again and they finally sent someone out to hand off my furniture (The docking rep was the only helpful guy at this location). After I began to assemble my table and stools, I noticed that 1 stool had 2 front right legs rather than 1 right and 1 left leg (needed for the support beams to fit properly). Also, 1 of the table legs had 2 missing screws that were supposed to be embedded in the hole for the nails to screw into. I called the customer service line the next day and they advised that they would refer my issue to the Bear, DE branch and have someone call me back to resolve how they’re going to get me the proper pieces. After NOT receiving a call back from them, I had to call them back again. The general customer service line was helpful and did note that someone from Bear, DE was supposed to call me back. They ended up getting someone else on the line for me and are suppose to re-​issue the 2 proper legs to me. At first they tried asking if I could drive down and pick up the new legs. I reiterated that they’ve already inconvenienced me so many times that it’s not fair for me to drive up again to fix an issue that THEY caused. I can only hope that Bear, DE already ordered my proper pieces for me, but i’m certain that i’ll need to call them back again.

This place is awesome ! Prices are so low, I’ve been shopping around for months to find the right sectional for the right price and got a great deal here! 300 dollars lower than raymours. I’m so happy and the customer service was great. Not pushy and really helped me make a great decision!

Do not go there!!! Stay away. Was going to buy a bedroom set… looked at other places. Gave sales person the figure from other store… She said she would match it. Turns out she was charging us 1000.00 extra!
