Quaint. We decided to try whiskey on our micro brew tour. Three sample shots are $ 5. Whiskey was smooth with no after burn. Rye was a bit harsh for me and the gin was definitely different and unique. The inside is hip but is also their working area. Got my dad a bottle of the Beacon (whiskey)for Christmas.

The tour is excellent. The distiller is quite the character and makes the experience. Their gin is nice. We liked the 7 year whiskey too, but they do not make it themselves.

Stopped by this distillery during a trip to beacon. The owners were extremely friendly and gave us a great tour and explained the process of making the various spirits. You can also do a tasting for $ 5– totally worth it. I’d definitely reccomend stopping by if you’re in beacon– it’s right off Main Street.

I’ve been stopping in here at least once a month for almost a year now. The spirits are smooth and the owners are friendly and knowledgeable. A must stop for those in the area.

Went there for a tasting. Tried vodka, Dennings White Rye Whisky (pretty much smooth moonshine), and Beacon American Whiskey. Liked them all, in fact I’m not a big vodka fan but enjoyed that, too. Took home a bottle of rye, enjoying it quite a bit neat.
The owners run the joint and they are very friendly, informed, and interesting. Don’t miss it on a trip to Beacon, even if most of the visitors are from Brooklyn! JK, I don’t care who is there, the booze is good.

We did a tasting and a tour around 5:00 on a Saturday and the owners walked us through the process with great detail. The rye and the bourbon were delicious and unique, definitely a great addition and experience in Beacon!

Stopped in for a tasting and the owners couldn’t have been nicer! Even though they just opened there was a great selection to try, and the tour was fun and informative.
Will definitely come back next time we’re in town.
