Prior to purchasing our condo last fall, we hired Pillar to Post to inspect the place. The price quoted was a bit higher than another home inspector i contacted, but Pillar to Post offered a rodent inspection and, since i’m rather rodent-​phobic, i felt that was important. Marco arrived early, was extremely professional and thorough in doing his job. He found two issues; therefore, we lowered our offer on the condo. The seller, on hearing about Marco’s findings, agreed to the new offer. We therefore feel that, although Marco’s services do not come cheap, they are well worth the cost.
