I got a tip to go here from someone else. She highly recommended Vinny and I’m glad she did. My nails look fantastic, he was quick, but I didn’t feel at all rushed. He recommended some color changing polish and I love it! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

They cut me on my thumb then filed too close to my skin and caused abrasions! Then they messed up my gel nails by being cheap & using a diluted color, so under the light it wrinkled up. So I had to soak now my INJURED fingers in acetone & it hurt so bad!!! They didn’t even apologize! Expensive, poor customer service and not at all a relaxing experience.

Worst nail shop I’ve been to, paid $ 40 plus $ 5 tip and the same night my polish began to peel. I called the next day and I was told to come at 4pm and they would repair, however when I arrived and waited patiently for 15 mins and then it began. The male tech who sits up front was very rude and told me i came at a bad time and he was busy. Now mind u I was told to come a 4pm. He began to go on and say I don’t understand and this lady who nails he had to stop was more important than repairing my nails that I paid $ 40 the day before during my appointment and was inconvenienced the next day. I told him to repair my nails or give me my money back, of course he would not give me a refund. He continued to show aggravation and aggressively pushed my hand back as he attempted to put it back under the light. I told him that I won’t come back and he said«Good». Being the only black female there, I felt that race played a part. My nails are still not right and obviously I won’t return. I guess it’s like throwing $ 45 away. I’m only giving one star bc I have too.

My first time here. I loved it! Great experience. I will be back. Moderate prices and nice clean inviting atmosphere. I will be back. I love the colors too.

I went here to get my nails done randomly, a departure from my regular nail place. I was disappointed– the girl tried really hard but she couldn’t understand when I asked for her to do my nails in a more round shape. Now, I get my nails done regularly every 3 weeks because that’s how long my manicures last but this chipped within a week. I don’t know if they water down their nail polish or what, but I was very disappointed. Definitely am not coming back.

Nails & Co. is quick and the nail techs do a great job. I come in here from time to time for a shellac manicure and am always impressed by how quickly I am taken care of. I’ve also noticed that the shellac polish stays on longer when I get my nails done here. I love that it’s open on Sundays as most nails salons in the area are closed.

Just walked in and back out. It looked very cramped and, with maybe a dozen customers, the fumes from the polish and other chemicals were unbearable.

Not a huge fan of this salon. I’ve been there twice, and both times the staff has been unprofessional and my gel manicure left much to be desired. One of my biggest pet peeves is when the nail tech does not paint the entire nail, and I left with not a single nail entirely painted(edges left without color). Moreover, he did the gel incorrectly as my nails are dull rather than shiny! For about $ 45 after tax, save your money and go somewhere else for a shellac manicure that’s worth it.

PROS: open Sunday, Lisa and the other girls are totally AWESOME! VERYVERYNICE!!! If you want to get pink and white nails, have Vinnie do them — he is excellent and they last forever! They are expensive, but they are worth it if you have the money. CONS: pricey for what you get, especially the spa pedicure which is the massage and all of the frills that make it the more expensive one; it lasts less than 25 minutes and that includes exfoliating, massaging, cutting, sanding and nail polish! It is so fast, you barely have time to really sit back and enjoy it. Also, it is ALWAYSPACKED when I go so I strongly advise making an appointment ahead of time. ***If you pay by credit card, you cannot tip, so be sure to bring some cash if you plan to tip!!!***

I’ve gone to this nail salon about 5 – 6 times/year for several years now. For me, it’s very convenient with lots of stores, restaurants and a grocery minutes away and I love that you don’t need an appointment. So in the summer when I’m running errands I can just pop in there and there’s normally not more than a 5 – 10 minute wait, but they do take appnts and there are a lot of regular clients. There are even a few male clients. I also LOVE that they’re open on Sunday — yay! A nice relaxing way to treat yourself at the end of the week. Thursday, Friday and Sat. are their busiest days, but they have a full house of manicurists to handle the crowd. I’ve had various levels of quality depending on who you get, but all seem to be well trained, perform their tasks very conscientiously with good hygiene practices and are pleasant to talk to. It also seems to be well ventilated as I don’t get that overwhelming chemical smell when I walk in. If you find someone you really like, you can always make an appnt. I have did that once with good results as they are very punctual. Now this is not a luxury spa where you’ll be given flavored coffee while you have a pedicure, its a moderately large, nails-only salon without a lot of fluff. My only complaint is that the other side of being punctual is that sometimes I do feel a bit rushed. I think the prices are fair — not cheap, but not over-priced. There is a man that is the manager or owner who is normally in the front of the shop giving manicures and he is very friendly and knowledgeable and keeps things organized and everyone on schedule. They also have another person in the front of the shop that is the sceduler, answes the phones, restocks supplies, etc. I usually go for a pedicure without a massage every few months in the cold weather months to get rid of all that dried, dead skin and it feels sooo nice. I get pedicures more frequently in the warmer months with an occasional manicure to treat myself if there’s a special event coming up. They recently put in a large, long table in the front so you can sit and dry your toes or nails, which looks like a fantastic idea.

My mom and I went here last minute with brother’s fiancé and her mom(who already had appointments). The owner squeezed us in and there wasn’t a long wait, which was great since we were all together. Three of the four of us were getting pedicures and were seated next to each other– the fourth went off to get her mani. I was left waiting until somebody was free to do my pedi, but it wasn’t more than 5 – 10 minutes, and I didn’t mind. The«moms» weren’t terribly impressed with the women that did their pedis, but the girl that did mine was great. They complained they felt rushed. Although I just went with a mini pedi, I still felt like I got the whole experience other than the massage(it wasn’t worth the extra $ 10 to me, since I get massages anyways). Even when I managed to mess up a nail before I left, she happily fixed it for me. Surprisingly, I walked out of there without feeling high(the nail polish scent was VERY strong). It felt like a clean place, which is really important. And, the pedicure chairs were very comfortable! The prices were a little higher than I expected, but I’m loving my pretty pink toenails– we’ll see how long they last!
