I can’t say enough good things about the staff at this store. Despite being extremely busy multiple staff asked my husband and if we were being helped and offered us multiple beverages while we waited. The employee who helped us with our Xbox tech support issue went above and beyond to fix our problem even replacing our system for free even though the warranty was up. It was a nice surprise and completely unexpected. My kids were extremely excited to get their game system back.

Is there a «no» star option? Second time here. Poor customer service. Standing at service counter, 6 employees within arms reach, not one greets me or asks if I can be helped or tells me they will be with me soon. Waiting, waiting, waiting. Now 8 employees at counter.

I stopped in today to check out the much anticipated surface pro 3. Much to my surprise, I was quite impressed.
The employee at the surface pro 3 stand, Ikeya, was both extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She explained many of the surface pro 3s best features with demonstration. I’m quite tempted to trade in my macbook air and pick one up!
After talking to her I felt quite comfortable that this was a no pressure store. She didn’t push anything on me. She listened, realized what my particular needs were, and I think she was also able to pick out that I thought the surface was pretty cool.
I would return here to buy something assuming I can’t find it cheaper online/​elsewhere.
