Everything here is awesome! To be specific about it, the people who work here are awesome. Always upbeat, always helpful and always very knowledgeable of anything and everything Lego. It felt like being part of the team, and everything is cool when you’re part of a team. Why does this review sound like a song?

Any kids dream! This is the first LEGO store I have ever seen anywhere. As a kid I loved building things and LEGOs where defiantly one of my favorite toys growing up. This place is all things LEGO. They carry just about every LEGO set available, ranging from Star Wars Imperial Star Destroyers to Pirates of the Caribbean play sets. Before warned that some of the sets can cost almost $ 500 though. They do have stuff you won’t find at Target, Wal-Mart or Toys R Us. They even have a wall of LEGOs with every color you could ever think of. Kids can even make their own custom LEGO people. Customer service is great and they are very helpful and really seem to love their jobs. Can you blame them? They get paid to play with LEGO’s all day! If you’re into LEGO’s defiantly check this place out!

This is our only area LEGO store, so of course it’s got to be 5-stars. But really it’s the customer service here that’s the cherry on top of the whole experience. If you love LEGOs and think Target/Walmart/Toys R Us have shisty selections, this store will be a wonderland for you. And honestly, if you can’t find it here, they’ve probably retired it – so you’ll have to get it on Amazon or something. And really – stepping into a store stacked with almost every LEGO set out right now is already a frickin’ blast. But add in customer service from people who actually seem like they enjoy working there? The best. I love that you can make your own, custom LEGO people(3 for $ 9) and that they have a wall of individual lego pieces so you can get all master-builder with ya damn self and step outside of the sets. And if you love LEGOs, definitely sign up for their VIP Card. I think every $ 100 you spend you get $ 5. So that’s awesome. Definitely worth the trip – although… PLEASE give us a location on the west side! Crocker Park!

Legos as far as the eye can see. Located inside the mall on the first floor. There are plenty of sets and displays. Friendly workers. Every color block you could want. Its a nice clean store and I had no complaints.

This Lego store is what you would expect. It looks like every other Lego store in a mall that I’ve been to – I’ve been to a few: Bridgewater, NJ; Buckshead, GA; Opry Mills, Nashville, TN; New York City(this one is a stand alone on 5th Ave; it’s ultra cool with a Lego dragon swimming through the walls and ceilings), and Legoland, San Diego(okay, this is an über store, so not like the others). This Lego store appears to be the only one in Cleveland; otherwise, you’ve got to satisfy the Lego Jones at Target, Walmart, and Toys R Us. My experience is that Toys R Us usually has a much larger selection of Lego sets than even the Lego stores – always struck me as odd, but that’s been my experience. But, for the Lego purist, there is nothing here to distract from a pure Lego experience, so it’s good for that and there are more built models on show than you would find at Toys R Us. Blake helped us on our visit and was very nice to my 6 year old, making sure he had the latest store calendar and a copy of the most recent Lego Club magazine with Darth Vader and Yoda on the cover.

This is the only LEGO store around. The people are friendly. The problem is that my child takes a really LONG time to figure out what he wants to buy. Perhaps they could have a coffee counter for parents! The store is always clean, short check out lines. The associates are always willing to help you find something and show you the latest. It almost seems like the associates are little kids disguised as clerks. I think their prices are high, but it’s the only gig around and they can charge what they want…

The Mecca for Lego Enthusiasts! Treated my seven year old to a visit to the Lego store recently and WOW, they have practically eveything Lego under the sun there! Kim the manager was great, she was very helpful and knowledgeable. They have a wall filled with bricks and accessories and a build your own mini-figure area. It was a lot of fun, even for me!

If you’re into Legos, this is the place to be. I have never ventured into a Lego store before, mostly because I have never seen one. I have to admit, I was surprised to see their selection and prices. They had a huge selection of complete lego kits. I saw a NASA space shuttle and some battery operated robotic Legos. The prices, well, they were high. I didn’t realize Legos had commanded such a price. For example, a Star Wars Lego ship cost in the neighborhood of $ 400! You could get a pirate ship for around $ 200. Even a small kit was in the $ 100 range. Wow! I guess when you’re buying one of these kits, you’re probably in your 30’s and it’s not for a kid. The kits are really detailed and have tons of pieces. If you don’t want a kit, you can buy individual pieces of almost any color. I didn’t realize the extent to which people take pains to get the colors right in their legos. For example, if you want to make a building, you might want a more textured color. Well, if they don’t sell textured legos, you have to modify your own legos. Some ways of modifying them include sanding the sides(to give texture) and dying the legos to get just the right color. That’s extreme! Anyway, if you’re a Lego fanatic, you probably already know about this store.
