Overpriced, below average selection of flowers and vases, delivered arrangement was different than described on the phone. When I called to follow up, the person I spoke with went through the price breakdown and apologized that the arrangement was not as discussed, but did not offer any solution, just an apology. I wish I had read the other Unilocal review left — it would have prevented this mess. Nothing like accidentally sending someone a yucky flower arrangement to thank them for their generosity! Tough to find a great florist these days.

Having purchased bouquets over the years from Gali’s via telephone (I live out of state) the recent return of a bouquet with broken and brown flowers was met with derision and insults aimed at my sister, the recipient. To add, they stiffed me for the delivery fee! Even encouraged us not to do business with them in the future. Now that’s a business model I am unfamiliar with. Can’t say I won’t spread the word– welcome J Heil florists and of course Trader Joe’s!!!
