Absolute Plumbing

Water bill has quadrupled over the last 9 months and noticed the laundry room ceiling had water stains on it. Called Absolute Plumbing and within 35 minutes Tony was here. He was polite, professional, explained what was needed, gave us a quote which was reasonable and did the work quickly and completely. I’m delighted the problem is repaired and comforted by the fact they guarantee their work so if I notice it leaking again I can call them. Thank you Absolute Plumbing and Tony!

Worst company ever!!! They couldn’t be more unreliable if they tried. Called them to come out we had water damage in our basement. Spoke to Jim who said he would send someone out and they would be there shortly. Waited two hours no one showed. I called back and was told they were to busy couldn’t come today anymore. Seriously, why didn’t you tell me that in the first place? Called the next morning at 7:30 am and was told they would be there within the hour, waited two hours and called only to be told by some woman that they were finishing up a job from yesterday and couldn’t get to me until the afternoon even though they had me waiting all morning. I asked to speak to Jim who I had been dealing with who told me they would be out in the morning. The woman said she would call him and have him call me. He never called me. Please save yourself the aggravation and not hire them for anything. They are terrible, worst customer service I have ever experienced. If I could I would give them a zero!!!

I called at 7:30 PM to find out how much it would cost to replace a sump pump, had a plumber at my house by about 8 PM, he quoted me the price ($ 350 including the equipment), I agreed and he set straight to work. When he was finished, he showed me the new sump pump installed, the old one he was throwing away, and suggested I replace the backup sump pump (at $ 150, I definitely plan to have him come back to do that since that’s about the cost of the equipment alone at Home Depot or Ace Hardware). He worked quickly and expertly, and now I have peace of mind 2 hours later. I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing!
