Beautiful hotel. Everything is clean. Staff is pleasant. Large rooms and super comfortable beds! Their location is prime. They have a bar and serve food downstairs which is great! There are also many bats and restaurants, some even in walking distance. They have a small store with hygiene and snacks avaliable, but Walgreens is also right next door. The only 2 things I do not like, is the low water pressure in the showers, and the fact that the pool is indoor with only one wall of windows at the side. Indoor pools are great, but I prefer it to be a little more open to the outside! :(

We stayed here as we were in town for a funeral. There was trash on floor and our mini fridge did not work. We made sure it was plugged in and called front desk. She informed us there was nothing she could do. I asked if it could at least be switched with one from a other room and she said no, just get some ice from the ice machine to keep our groceries cold. She says well you can move to another room and I explained that we were in a handicapped room as husband and I both handicapped and one child was in bed sleeping and other in shower and so just exchanging mini fridges would be easier on everyone and she said nope can’t help you go get ice.

My husband and I stayed here after an unexpected trip from San Antonio. Couldn’t be more pleased. Very courteous help and modern and extremely comfortable rooms. Was very surprised and happy to see the shower and toilet area separated which is very unusual for hotels. They also offer a military discount! Breakfast served until 10:30 which is a plus for those late sleepers! Extremely comfortable beds!

I really wasn’t all that impressed by this place, my pillow smelled like men’s cologne, the place wasn’t dirty or anything, but it just wasn’t as good as the reviews. The rooms are nicer, and large, but the price was a bit much for what you get. The continental breakfast was okay, they did have some fresh fruit which was a great change from just the regular ol’ bagel and cereal. Still, it was a simple place to sleep on our way to Louisiana, I just think I’d rather stay down the road a little further next time…

Clean, well serviced lodging right off the highway. We stayed an extra night as we were snowed out of our destination to the east. The postmodern décor is refreshing. We were on a road trip that had us staying in several off-the-highway hotels that looked exactly the same. This was a breath of fresh air. Bright and clean lobby and hallways on floors. The two queen bed suite was nice for the three of us. Couch in the room was comfy for sleep, too. Continental breakfast was typical for this type hotel. The staff who maintained it, however, was top notch. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I were in town visiting his family and I decided to book this new hotel. I’m always nervous to book hotels online, when they are not that many reviews. The pictures on the website where exactly what the rooms and the hotel looked like. I really love the front desk staff, the bed was super comfy. The walls are thin as paper. I had to call the front desk about the person blasting music in the next room ! I want to assume they have new housekeeping that doesn’t understand you have to keep quiet because others are resting. I am bi-lingual so yes I could understand everything they were yelling across the hall. The front desk was very effective and turned off the noise ASAP. I have to say I didn’t hear very much noise the next day. For the most part I loved the hotel and it’s amenities. It’s hard to find clean hotels for such a low price! Will come visit again!

Super clean, modern accommodations in Baytown with easy access to/from I-10. Surprisingly spacious rooms with an excellent bathroom and plenty of storage space and plugs throughout the room. One of the first popularly priced hotels with«suite» in the name that’s actually worthy of the moniker of suite.

My hubby and I stayed here in September 2012 and were very pleased with the hotel. Check-in was easy and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean, comfortable and seemed new. The bed was very comfortable and I love that they have a sitting area and desk too. We usually prefer to stay at SpringHill Suites when we travel for short stays… they’re consistent thus far and have a nice breakfast for free in the mornings(if you’re up in time to get it… we like to sleep in).

I’ve stayed here twice, for about a month each time while on the road for work. Good Things: –Best hotel beds I’ve ever had in a place with a reasonable rate that I can get my company to pay for on long term projects. –Rooms and the hotel have this funky-awesome somewhat Mid Century Modern styling. I seriously need to find where they buy furniture for my MCM house in Wyoming. –Location is good for what I am doing. –Gym is pretty good by hotel standards. And everything works, which is rare for hotels. And it’s 24 hours. –Cleaning crew is nice, and do a great job. –Towels are plentiful and large and not scratchy. Makes a difference on long stays. Things that could use some work: –It’s not really set up well for people who work nights. The curtains block absolutely no light, so you might as well try sleeping with the lights on if you are working nights. –Took a few times to get the cleaning crew to understand I sleep 8am-4pm. –ONE washer and ONE dryer for 100 rooms. Getting laundry done is a PAIN as a result. Really, this hotel should have 3 or 4 sets, preferably one on each floor. –Internet speed is slow, and goes in and out a lot. It does it on both phones and both computers, so I’m sure it’s on their end. Things I would love, but don’t really affect the review and you probably won’t notice unless you are here long term like I have been: –Better freeweights in the gym. A bench, barbell and set of plates would be nice. –Power Rack in the gym? I need to squat. –More variety at breakfast. It’s a lot like being in the Navy. Same exact thing, every 2 – 3 days.

Great price, nice room, convenient location. The breakfast was decent with the usual, plus a waffle maker, eggs & bacon/sausage. The pool was somewhat lacking, but it worked. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice having a pull out sofa bed for the kids to sleep on. I also really liked having a separate bathroom from the shower/dressing room. Finally, having a working refrigerator was a definite plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again.

This hotel looks newer. My room was very clean, ‘SpringHill Suites quirky’, and quiet(I faced the back of the property). It’s easy to access from the highway and close to a ton of restaurants and shops. Rate includes hot breakfast. They have a tiny bar that looks like a recent addition — it was packed every night I was there. Workout room is decently stocked with treadmills, an ellyptical, and a bike. I felt safe as a single female traveler and can recommend.

This review is only for the conference/meeting facilities. My company recently held our annual meeting in this new hotel. The hotel is very modern and still has that ‘new’ scent. I’m still surprised there’s a facility this nice in Baytown.
