If I could give zero stars I would. 45 minute wait, understaffed, order completely wrong, AND they breakfast but gave you French fries instead of hash browns. Napkins and ketchup are apparently«special» requests.

If you frequent this McDonald’s regularly, I suggest you compare your receipt with the posted menu prices. The actual price they charge is more. The morning female manager, who doesn’t speak English that well claims there had been a price increase. But I insisted that I be charged the posted price and refunded the difference. This happened twice. Ck out how much you’re being charged. They will not bring it to your attention. I did get back the difference(small amount, but the principle is what I was challenging).

Extremely long wait but only 3 cars in front of me for drive thru. Ordered qtr pounder meal. I don’t eat at McDonald’s much, and when guy said«large coke?» I said sure. When I got to window, price was higher than I expected so I asked why. Boy told me it was cause I wanted a large coke. I asked what size came with the meal and he said medium but the price was the same. I again questioned why my 5.72 meal with tax was 6.92. He finally admitted it was the large coke. I said I didnt want to be supersized, I just wanted the meal as is. He gave me the medium coke. Drove off, qtr pounder was cold and fries were soggy

Literally no stars if I could. Horrible drive thru service, I feel like the employees are mad at the world when they take my order. And the food is not good at all either. Once you are serving me soggy fries best believe I’m never going again. I live down the street but I’d much rather go to the McDonalds on Garth and the 10 freeway.
