Starbucks

Nice and convenient location few blocks from me. Just kinda cramped inside, limited seating and service is a bit on the slower side. When is warmer, there is seating outside.

This Starbucks will be like any other Starbucks.
During the winter, it will have limited amount of seating inside.
In the summer, there are some outside seating.

Great service at this Starbucks compared to many others. the employees are friendly and the service moves quick ! Parking is a burden though !

No complaints about the coffee, but rather with the quality of the order takers. Unless I order the same exact drinks/​food for my wife and I, it’s pretty much a given that the order will be incorrect. This, is in spite of the fact that I state my order S-​L-​O-​W-​L-​Y and leave enough time for them to mark the cups. Very frustrating!

I’ve never been to a starbucks where they tell you serve yourself cream and sugar. Seems like the workers here are lazy and miserable. It’s not that much of a hassle to do it myself, but the attitude and vibe they give off as they told me this was unnecessary. This stuck-​up princess syndrome attitude is kinda commonplace in Queens. If the manager or corporate sees this review, you should train these kids better or fire them and hire people who actually want to work.

Absolutely unacceptable terrible and discriminating customer service. i arrived at the coffee shop today at about a quarter to 9, there was a franchise-​wide promotion of holiday drinks BOGO from 2pm — closed valid for today ¹¹⁄₁₆. this starbucks closes at 10pm. I asked for the qualifying drinks and the cashier REFUSED to sell me, insisting that today is the last day for the BOGO promo and is valid until 5pm only. I pointed out to the sign in the back which CLEARLY STATED that the deal is good until close. i walked out in fury, this is horrendous customer service and business practice. If you’re not going to participate in the promo, don’t put the sign up and mislead consumers. the cashiers are obviously stupid and don’t know what the heck they’re doing/​saying. i’ve never received this kind of ridiculous service before, its my first and last time there. I will make sure none of my family and friends ever give this store a visit. this store is reflecting terribly on starbucks and makes me never want to go to any of its chain again. BOTTOM LINE, DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!

This store is great coffee always is fresh and barrista are always friendly when things go wrong mangers always help great friendly store yes it’s always busy but what Starbucks isn’t

Had a terrible experience with worker. Alice (Asian young woman) tends to ignore customers. I have never seen her initiate a conversation as she focuses on doing her manual tasks like a robot. Well when someone tried to give her a phone (iPhone 6plus), she ignored the customer. She focuses on job only and told her regular customer she knew nothing about any phone. Pretending to not speak English or just plain ignoring customers is for fast food where coffee is ½ the price. Worse yet, her boss said she was a wonderful worker.
Used to go at least once a day but this place has lost its lustre. Terrible almost dangerous parking, a few very uncomfortable chairs and table plus higher prices than the great neck store 3 miles down the road.
Bad boss who blames customers for dim worker bees means store profits must go up. Too many poor features. Too bad because there are some great baristas there. Alice should go down the street to McDonald’s where her dull stare and automan-​like behavior will be appreciated by all.

Typically Starbucks place and pretty expensive price but this is Starbucks! You pay for real strong coffee taste! The service here are slower than the one in Main Street queens. I rarely comes to Starbucks only if I’m still sleepy so I had to get one so I can stay awake and focus! Overall I will come back only when I’m in a mood for a Starbucks coffee! Plus it’s the only one near bell blvd and parking spot aren’t easy to get due to less parking lot too small. If you are driving you might as well just park somewhere nearby or just walk here…

Always crowded. They move kind of slow when the store is very crowded. I find this annoying.
They always run out of lemonade.

This is one of my favorite Starbucks with outdoor seating! They also have a private lot, but might have to wait during rush hour.

If I had the chance to put no stars, I would. Negative even.
This place sucks to the core. The service there was absolutely terrible. It was around rush hour when I stepped in to get a frappé. There was a huge line, but I understood and still decided to wait. Everything was great up until the point I was waiting for my drink. There were so many people waiting. But friends of the baristas kept coming in and skipping the lines and getting drinks without paying for them. I’m all about hooking up friends but not when you see that there are 15 people waiting in line for their drinks. You should maybe realize that other people can be impatient too, not just your friends. But I let it go. After waiting about 20 minutes, I started to get annoyed but since it was happy hour, I didn’t complain much. I finally saw my drink being made and was relieved to get the hell out of there. THEN, instead of the barista calling my name, he handed my drink to his friend who just entered the place. I was furious, and told the friend that it was my drink. He laughed and apologized and thought that it was his name. Now, my thing is I would have believed it if he said he mistaked hearing his name, but like I said before, the name wasn’t even called. AND PLUS IM A GIRL. Even if he read the name on the cup, it would have made no sense to think it was his since he was a guy. Bullsh*t I say. The barista apologized, but I was so frustrated and annoyed that I told him to give me my drink quickly so I can leave. Still went on with serving other people’s drinks ahead of mine. Asshole.

This is a decent Starbucks with a very convenient location. Fair sized parking lot on the side. Right on Northern Blvd, and very accessible by both pedestrians and by car. Plenty of seating inside, though standing room is limited. The baristas are pleasant and work quickly and efficiently, for the most part. Whenever, I’m volunteering at the precinct, or I’m waiting for my Chicken Lovers order to be completed, I’ll stop by here for a quick Frap, or tasty overpriced pastry.

It’s small, but it’s efficient. Baristas are very friendly, and they work hard to keep up with their customers.
I will give you 1 star for my order. Since I only got 1 too for the 9 or 10 drinks I’ve ordered :)
Anyways. Small, clean, hard working, smiling. What else do you expect from Starbucks?

This is my, only if I am completely desperate for coffee and have nowhere else to go place but since I’m in line paying bills next door, let me grab a cup. There is always a line and service is slow. I’m not a huge Starbucks fan to begin with because mostly it tastes like stuff I had left over from three days ago, and is overpriced for something that tastes that rancid. Anyway, aside from slow service, long lines and a particular group of individuals without a life, and job, apparently, because they are there all the time…(I can say that because I really try to avoid this place being I don’t like it, and no matter how randomly I make an appearance, they are always in there.)
It’s also not the cleanest, it has an overall grimy feel to it. That said, there are other Starbucks that don’t repulse me as much where the service is very good and it is clean so I will not generalize, but this one is the pits.

seating is limited, so come early if you want to stay for a long time (for work or school related things). parking lot is small, but then again it is right on northern blvd in a busy area and this is not like nassau or suffolk where land space is not an issue. try to avoid 12 to 130pm since that is when the lunch crowd comes after their meals.
the private lot is between starbucks and t-​mobile. do not park in the handicapped spot, even if for 5 minutes. the police station is across the street, so you will get a ticket. saw someone get coffee, sat inside and chatted with his friend, and officer shows up and issues ticket. and you know, once they start writing there is no going back, no amount of excuses or begging will work.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks location. I was in love the moment I walked in. The place is very welcoming, the baristas and manager were happy to see the customers. I wasn’t even mad when I found out they didn’t have PSL. The manager apologize profusely and made me something special. Definitely, coming back when I’m in the area again.

Good place for a cup of coffee and snack as well as hanging out with friends.
Outdoor sitting is available when weather permits.
Parking is available but limited.
Side street recently turned into ineway street so be aware of on coming traff8c when exit through side street.

as I sat down, I rest my hand table; the table rocked badly to one side and spilled the hot coffee all my crotch and my work docs.
and it burns… a lot
how about get some serviceable table? because nice staff and good coffee doesn’t mean anything, If your crotch got burned by hot coffee.
