Such a great experience the two male cashiers that were there helped me decide what to order and I was very appreciative I will definitely come back !!!

Great place! My waiter Nate was super friendly and very helpful! My two year old loved him and he was very interactive with me and my family! Food was delicious and next time I’m in the area I’ll be stopping. :)

Their policy of limiting WiFi during peak hours is ridiculous. Just increase your WiFi capacity. I would give it another star or two, but this can’t be ignored. Having to cycle my MAC address is annoying and enough to send me elsewhere.

Love this location because they have a study corner where you can slide the glass doors for some peace and quiet. Otherwise, moms, kids and whoever else can join the usual hub bub in the main dining area. They’ve also added some healthy items to their menu and that is always nice.

Cashier was cool, recommended the steak and cheese panini but the lady making the sandwich somehow made the sandwich cold. The center of the steak was ice cold and the sandwich itself wasn’t warm for serving. I would not recommend this Panera Bread…

I used to love this Panera but I feel like their quality has gone done quite a bit ever since they first opened. The place itself has held up very well but I can’t say the same about the food. I used to order from their panini section every time I came here or if I wanted to order out but the past few times I’ve ordered, the sandwiches were not made neatly. It literally looks like someone slapped two pieces of bread together and stuck a piece of chicken inside. The tomatoes in my panini slid off to the side. I was pretty disappointed. I find myself ordering salads and soups now. I really love their strawberry poppyseed salad but they only have that in the summer. Their bread bowls aren’t all bad either. Overall, I would still come here only because it’s the closest location to where I live and it’s quick and convenient. But I wouldn’t go out of my way for it anymore.

Bless these workers at panera! The line was pretty long when I first walked in(around 6 customers) and it took them less than 10 minutes to get to me! The workers here work fast! Even while working at such a fast pace they were so sweet and kind. The cashier that was taking care of me cracked my cookie in half and apologized! I have been so bakeries and some fast chain stores that don’t apologize for anything with a resting bitch face. I made the mistake of trying to use an online mobile app coupon at the cash register; the cashier kindly told me that I had to order it and apply the coupon on the mobile app. Took them less than 10 minutes to make my sandwich! Thank you for your fast and hard work!

The food is what you would expect from Panera. The service I think could be friendlier. I work down the block and have stopped in a few times and every time I go they seem flustered or stressed. I figured it must be busy so I have done the rapid order and supposedly they don’t get the order wrong but they got my order wrong and basically were more concerned with just getting me out of there than apologizing for inconveniencing me. I was late for work which defeats the point of rapid service. I later looked at the site and it says I was supposed to get something for their error. I did not … nor was I offered one. I’m limiting my trips to this Panera. The one on or near Peninsula Ave near Woodmere is so much better.

Panera @ Bay Terrace is a great spot; however, the manager needs to be better about holding staff members accountable /training them properly. In the past 3 times I’ve been at Panera, I’ve had incredibly negative experience twice… a 33% success rate. The first time I went, the line to pick up your prepared food was overflowing. However, staff members did not seem to care and were working rather inefficiently. They were also very unapologetic when serving food 42 minutes after the order time. I felt bad for the manager who tried to get his staff members going and was dripping with sweat. They’re also very unsanitary. Sandwiches that were done but had no place to go were just plopped into random areas of the kitchen work space… on the cutting board, on the stack of to-go boxes, on a pile of wax paper. An employee also started making a sandwich and left the workspace for more than 5 minutes, and when he came back I was pretty sure that he was wearing the same gloves. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and hoped that he didn’t touch anything else before coming back /there were new gloves outside of the workspace that he was able to change into. The second bad experience I’ve had at Panera, it wasn’t as busy. I got my order to go, only to realize when I got home, they forgot my soup! :( I’ve been going to this Panera for awhile now, but based on my most recent experiences, I’m not sure if I’ll be going as often. Not sure what caused the dip in employee service /performance and overall management, but I hope things change for the better soon!

It’s clear that Panera Bread is a great place with delicious foods. I can’t stop to go at least once a week. I live in college point and Bay Terrace Mall Panera is near to me. Today at 9÷20÷15. 3:30 I visited this place. As usual the foods were great, but I got upset of the lady at front disc. Unusually all the Panera Bread has honey at tea section. Today I didn’t see, so asked the lady at front disc about it. She replied me very rudely that we don’t carry honey any more. The purpose of this review is that the managers has to watch out their employs that how they talk and deal with the customers.

My daughter was hungry so we decided to go here. We ordered chicken noodle soup and white cheddar steak sandwich. When we pick up our order, they gave us cheddar brocolli soup instead of chicken noodle we ordered. I came back to the pick up counter and asked for the chicken noodle soup. The counter person did not apologize for giving out the wrong order and said,” I can give you the chicken soup if you want it“ Bottom line: I would be less likely to come here.

I am a BIGFAN of Panera Bread. This Panera Bread location is decent. Lots of space to sit and there are booths too. I had tried almost everything on their menu and still my favorite is the Mac & Cheese, their breakfast sandwiches, and their coffee!

Pretty good Panera bread location. It can get pretty packed here but they have plenty of room and great staff. The food is delicious and everything is made to perfection just how it should be. The only down side to my experience was that they were out of a lot of stuff. There was no lemonade or green tea. They basically just had soda and coffee. The food came out in great time – just 4 minutes. Also, nobody was wiping down the tables as people left, and that had me a little upset, so they lose a star for that. Otherwise, it’s overall a great Panera location.

Staff are very friendly. Thought pastas were part of pick 2 but guess not so he offered to do half the price for the salad, so they do give you options. Waiting can be quite a while especially during lunch hour. Dining area is carpeted. Wanted to spend more time to study but it was so dirty, there were utensils on the floor. Food is great though!

Love their soup but almost 1800 mg of sodium in French onion soup, not much less in other choices. Nothing nutritious about that. Salads are high too. Ingredients should be amended, Panera’s soup is as high as Campbell’s which is full of preservatives. Get with the program!

As I have been here numerous times, I think their Hazelnut coffee is great. I was very turned off the other day when a woman came in with her dog and even though management saw them, he did nothing to point out that our 4-legged friends are not legally allowed inside.

I just moved to Bayside and can’t stop coming here for breakfast on the weekends. The coffee taste great, service is attentive, facilities are clean, and sitting is plenty. What more can a customer ask for. The food is affordable and the patrons and staff are cordial. I only wish the parking lot wasn’t so congested on the weekends. Don’t get me wrong, parking is ample but you will have to park in the center of the shopping center and walk like 300 meters but I don’t mind cause walking is good exercise for the body but I just wanted to let all the people in the world that do not believe in walking and love the convenience of parking 20 feet from the door just because. Oh yeah, the bagels are exceptional!!!

There’s lots of places to sit, and there is even a special designated quiet area for study or meetings(Though it’s not always quiet in there.) wifi is free but connection is slow. But it’s clean and well kept and there is plenty of parking spaces as its in a plaza. I was actually pleasantly surprised by their standard coffee, which is quite good considering you wouldn’t think of panera as a place that serves decent coffee. Their dark roast has a nice strength, and hazelnut is a good lighter roast as well. And refills are free. That’s a plus. Currently my favorite place to study.

The sandwiches get worse and worse every time I come here. It looks like a complete mess on my plate or it just doesn’t taste right esp the tomato & mozzarella flatbread sandwich. The soups are extremely salty like the french onion soup. It’s literally a brown goo of salt and onions. their creamy tomato looks and tastes like salsa. Also, if I order a bread bowl, what makes you think I want a side of a baguette with it –_– This place has definitely gone down for me over the years.

Service is quick and friendly here. I usually come for dinner. I’m never disappointed. I usually have their chicken avocado cobb salad. It’s always fresh and it tastes great. Sometimes I’ll switch it up by having soup. It is either the cheddar broc or the french onion. I’ve also had the veggie pesto soup. All very good soup. All made perfectly. It always hits the spot. I’ve had their Italian sandwich before. It’s fresh, so I can’t really complain. Its nothing out of the ordinary. They have free wifi here as well. I recommend this place.
