What can I say about a place that I give one star to. Maybe it was mistake ordering delivery as it took 1 hour and 45 mins for it to arrive or after eating it I wished my delivery got lost.
I ordered two things that seemed interesting but didnt deliver.
1) got a bacon mac and cheese which in theory sounds amazing until I took my first bite. For a delivery that took so long it was still somewhat warm. Honestly it felt like they boiled some macaroni and added a few slices of american cheese because it was dry and added 2 sorry looking pieces of bacon and microwaved it. Seeing the «cheese sauce» hardened on the bottom after it cooled made me realize i was right.
2) Ordered the ziti w/​meatballs. Pasta was ok, sauce was meh but the meatballs had this fridge flavor to it. It just wasnt a pleasant experience with with this dish. Couldnt eat it at all.
I will not be making the mistake of ordering from them again. Fool me once shame on you, food me twice shame on me.

1. my delivery took over 70 mins
2. my BBQ pulled pork sandwich was not a sandwich, it is clearly a slider (the size is too small to be considered a sandwich and for the price i paid)
3. bacon mac n cheese is extremely dry and not even creamy which defeats the whole purpose of a delicious mac n cheese
4. sweet potato fries were all soggy and not crispy
5. never ordering from here again, sorry guys.
the worse pet peeve of mine is presentation. the BBQ pulled pork sandwich seemed to be tossed in the aluminum foil container. not even a little green salad to go along with the sandwich to make it look appetizing or presentable.
really wanted to like this place but unfortunately i wasted almost $ 30 out the window.

This is absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered. I placed an order at 6:03pm and was told 30 mins for delivery (seemed a little fast but ok). an hour went by and the food had not arrived so I called back and they said the driver left 15 mins ago with my order and another and should be there shortly. Another 20 mins go by and still no delivery so I call back and the guy said he left 15 mins ago which means he never left when they originally told me. Well 5 mins later (now an hour and a half) the bell rings and the delivery guy is shivering because its 19 degrees and hes holding the plastic bag of food. I take it from him ad the bag is ice cold so I open it and everything was so cold it felt like it was outside for 10 mins. I refused the order and called to restaurant and they told me a manager would be calling me back. 15 mins later I get a call back from someone who identified himself as the owner with the last name D’Allessandro. I explained to him the issue and that this was the first time we ever ordered from him and he immediately became defensive and said he listened to the calls and I cut him off to say what does that have to do with a ice cold order and taking an hour and a half for delivery. He continued to not care at all and when I told him now I understand why the restaurant has bad reviews online he says” F” all people who spend there time writing reviews, we’ve been in business for 60 years so go «F» yourself and hung up on me! This the owner? I can only assume the person who identified himself as the owner is the son or grandson of the real owner who broke his/​her back to create a business and this disrespectful and ungrateful moron is just spoiled kid who was giving an opportunity that will no doubt drive it out of business. Stay as far away from this business and I will be making sure everyone I knows never to go here.

And 2 weeks earlier they had 28 violation points! YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME! AT THE VERY LEAST PEOPLE EXPECT NO FILTH FLIES! DISGUSTING!

For real??? what is with the one star reviews??? deliveries taking long can’t do that if that’s your only beef. all in all the BEST delivery food I’ve eaten in queens. on the expensive side, and yes, it takes btwn an hour and 1 hour 30min to get your food, but the food is FANTASTIC!
order a little earlier, pay a little more, then prepared to have the taste buds in your mouth implode!!!

New Years Eve me and the G headed out to our favorite burger spot only to find it closed for the evening. NO!!!
So the alternative was D’Allessandro’s which had come highly recommended to G from a friend. I did not read the reviews, we only went on the recommendation. Very bad mistake.
So this place sits in a corner location in the middle of the Bell Blvd bar crawl scene. When we arrived there was just one table filled, then it was us, then another couple came in and that was it.
The menu is all over the place with prices and different meats so there is something for everyone’s budget if you really want to waste your money. Oh yes I went there.
We are not sure of the name of the gentleman that waited on us, as he really did not introduce himself. He was however very interested in up selling appetizers as he asked us before our order, and then again when he brought the drinks to the table. I did ask for and explanation of the bacon cheese burger vs. the sirloin burger with just added cheese. I was told that the bacon cheese burger had bacon and cheese in with the meat. That sounded super tasty as I have made something similar in the past. We both ordered the bacon cheeseburger, G — well done, Me — medium well. We also ordered the Mac n Cheese and the onion rings to share. The food was delivered promptly and that was about the best thing I can say about the meal.
Here’s how the meal went:
Bacon cheeseburgers — both delivered well done and did not look anything like a butcher shop burger unless your idea of butcher shop burger is mass production. This burger had edges too perfect. This could have been a Burger King burger mass produced meat patty had I not known better. I did ask the gentleman where the burgers came from and was told «they come fresh to us every morning from our butcher shop». The burger was cooked dry, no juiciness in sight, no flavor to the meat and barely any bacon flavor. If there was cheese in this burger I did not taste it at all. I ate the dried out meat patty with no flavor, I was hungry.
Onion rings — definitely frozen, but they were ok. Salt them up, and frozen are even pretty ok if your hungry.
Mac n Cheese — I am from the south, and my first look at this bowl of stuff was, SERIOUSLY… what is that? Southerners know at least two food items really well… Mac n Cheese and homemade biscuits… oh…and sweet tea, but that’s a drink so that doesn’t count, any way, back to this so called Mac n Cheese. It was pasta al dente with cheese sauce which was somewhere between the flavor of Nacho Cheese sauce from Taco Bell, Velveeta and CheezWhiz. Now don’t get me wrong, a lot of recipes do call for Velveeta in there Mac n Cheese, but they also include other grated cheeses in the recipe and after it’s all combined it’s BAKED. When you get that lovely first bite you get creamy cheese and those strings of melted cheesy goodness. And let’s not forget the coveted crispy cheesy top crust. So back to the so called Mac n Cheese. I did try the stuff, at least three bites. It was just awful and although the pasta was fully covered with this cheese sauce, the sauce was also pooling at the bottom of the bowl. I asked the gentleman what kind of cheese was in the Mac n Cheese, he said «it’s a homemade cheese sauce, don’t you like it»? I said no, not really. He said, «we sell 12 pounds of this stuff each day.» I said, well, to each his own, I really don’t care for it.
At the end of the meal, the waiter did bring out complementary fried double stuff Oreos. G said he was probably trying to be nice since I didn’t like the Mac n Cheese. The fried Oreos are on the menu, but again, unless you want to waste your money, I would NOT recommend those either. They were awful. We did not eat them.
The best part of this meal was the soda and the onion rings. I did visit the bathroom and it was clean. I have given 2 stars but that’s only because I actually tortured myself and ate the burger without complaining. Had I opted out of the torture burger I would have given this place a 1 star.
We will not be back.

Very bad and rude service. Ordered from Seamless and the order was late so my wife called to check up on the order. The person was extremely rude and impatient on the phone. First things he says is «well I need your order number first» then proceeds to talk about how seamless isn’t accurate with times and they don’t update their estimates. Proceeds to talk about how its a busy weekend now and the food is being prepared. He kept on cutting off her off whenever she spoke. Blaming the whole thing on seamless. We find out he is the owner? If the owner can’t even speak to customer properly I wonder how the rest of staff is. The food is also very average. The burgers are small and usually very dry. Not worth the money. Will never be ordering from here.

Ordered delivery on a Friday night and it took almost 2 hour to receive our delivery. Not only that, the food was horrible. We ordered sweet potato fries and it taste like burnt garbage. It’s inedible. And the chicken parsley sandwich we ordered tasted weird.
This was our first and last order!

Why so many poor reviews? Sure, I’ve only ordered from this place but I’ve been satisfied so far. Will try and come by sometime.

Yummy food and Joe is my new best friend. I really like the cheese friends and double stuffed fried oreos. I had a great time with great friends and great food.

Had a HORRIBLE first experience with this place. It took the over an hour and a half to deliver my food and when it got here. Just yuck! First of all I got the $ 10 order of «marinated» grilled shrimp which were completely unedible by the time they got to me. They were gummy and disgusting. I took one bite spit it out and threw it away! I got a cheese bar pie which was ok but not for the wait and the condition of the rest of my order. I’m afraid to eat the rest of what was delivered to me!

The staff here is very professional, very intriguing with the free delivery service. It’s fast and reliable. The food is always hot. Fresh out the grill. The restaurant itself is perfect for any sport fans or enthusiast. It has a very nice dining room, makes it very homey feeling. There are 3 TVs and they always got a sport channel on. They sell beer and really food. Must try the fried raviolis, fried Oreos, Zeppoles, and the Philly cheese steak wontons. Good luck future Unilocalers.

What is wrong with you people??? How does this place have so many bad reviews???
We ordered the pulled pork, bacon Mac and cheese, cheeseburger and sweet potato fries
Cheeseburger is one of the best in the neighborhood, juicy, cooked the right way and flavorful.
Mac and cheese was fantastic, cheesy, al dente and a smoked flavor.
Pulled pork was a large portion, on a potato roll with fantastic seasoning.
Sweet potato fries were also great, though I thought the price was a little much for the portion.
Service was great, our waiter made recommendations, and even gave us a mouth watering fried Oreo on the house.
I highly recommend checking this place out immediately!

Horrible food.
1. I ordered the onion pepper burger (plus add on) barely any peppper or onions!
2. Their wings were so bad. The chicken had an odd taste.
3.And and lets not forget the HAIR i found in the wings ! YUCK. (Also no ranch or blue cheese sauce with it)
4. Fried ravilo? Yah it was burnt. Thanks.
In short, do not order here. They want to make mediocre food. Disgusted and disappointed.

First off i have to say i have no idea why so many people gave bad reviews. I am really happy we finally decided to order from here…
To start off:
I ordered for the first time tonight through Eat24 (took some thinking aboutn i was of course swayed by bad reviews but i gave in and ordered anyway) .
I ordered the mac and cheese with bacon, steak sandwich, 2 pinwheels and a nutella shake. I also ordered a chicken soup (seems the menu is a little out of date) but the soup they didnt have, however the owner, Joe, called and was very apologetic and kind and swapped our soup for the chili no problem. He even gave us an order of deep fried oreos for the trouble.
All the food was absolutely delicious even from delivery. The sandwich was perfect and really filling. The food was very flavorful and such great portions.
I COULDNT BE HAPPIER WE FINALLY TRIED THIS RESTURANT!!! Very pleasantly surprised and will absolutely be a returning customer.
Do youself a favor, dont listen to these bad reviews, and try this place for yourself!

Started with a glass of Cabernet… You could smell that it was old. Tasted horrible. Asked for a glass of Pinot Grigio, which was much better. Ordered a steak wrap that was completely drenched in dressing and hardly had any steak. Steak was over cooked as well. Did not hit the spot at all.

Every once in a while you stumble upon a spot with great food, great customer service and great pricing. This place was a delectable trifecta. I ordered the Filet Mignon sandwich on the advice of me new bestie Toni Ann (she’s a doll and a sweetheart). It was DELICIOUS! Toni Ann was knowledgeable about the taste, portions, and trends. I’m spoiled and probably will call ahead to see if she’s working when I return.
This place will definitely be added to my favorite places to eat. I don’t even like Queens, but I’ll be back. :)

I have never had such a horrible experience in my life. We were the only customers in the place and the waitress was very kind talking to us. The owner as he calls himself yet I found out he is actually the owners son was standing at the counter tapping his fingers staring at us trying to rush us when there were no other customers there. I ordered Pelligrino and asked for ice because that is how I like it. I heard him yell at the waitress that we don’t serve ice with pelligrino, it defeats the purpose of pure water. We then waited for 35 minutes before saying forget it give us the check for a steak sandwich and a BLT. He came out nasty yelling at us that this was not a fast food restaurant and we had no class.
I went on to the facebook page of this establishment to write my review. He had the audacity to reply calling us momo’s and losers. He is a condescending rude man who has no desire to be there but it is his own fault there are no customers. Robert Irvine would have a field day with him!

one star for cleanliness, design of the restaurant and friendly service.
really wanted to take my bf to press 195 since he was craving a burger and I really wanted the delicious fries. I totally forgot bareburger was down the block and came here instead since the price for a burger was decent as we saw the menu from the outside. little did we know … only one older woman was sitting by herself in the whole establishment, no one else and only 3 workers (1 was Joe the manager). the burger was super small like a Wendy’s burger for the price of $ 7+. everything here was a la carte so everything added up to mucho dinero!
check out my pictures for what we got and the receipt picture. not worth it, food was so bland and expensive. spent $ 40 with tax and tips for 2 people for lunch. for a burger, fries, bacon mac and cheese and a hot chocolate.
seriously how does this place survive for so long on a bell blvd corner?

This was the worst delivery experience i have had in my life! I ordered at 5:55pm on Wednesday ¹⁄₂₁ and my food was delivered after 7pm, cold without napkins, utensils, and the delivery man did not even go to the downstairs apartment as I requested.
Then my 10 $ steak, cheese and bacon burger is a plain hamburger with no steak sauce as it was explained on the menu.
Even worse when I call for explanation, nicely because I too work in costomer service and I know how annoying it is to not be given a chance to apologize or make the situation, the manager advised that they do not make mistakes and i must have ordered the wrong item
the food was good, for plain burgers and fries, but based on the rudeness and servcie i received i will never go back and i will advice every i know not to order, I may even stand outside and tell possible customers about my experience.
if i could give 0 starts i would
