Bell Farm

I’ve been coming here for years and it took the opening of Big Green Apple a block down for me to truly appreciate this little gem. The fruits and vegetables here are always fresh and clean. The prices are very reasonable. You don’t need to spend time selecting because every item you pick is a good pick… nothing rotten or bruised. If you are unsure how to pick a fruit, just ask the korean owner. He has never steered me wrong. I use to pick up the same type of fruits & veggies at a farmer’s market near my office but now I make it a point to purchase those items only from here. If we like a neighborhood establishment, we must all do our part to support it. Bell blvd is very expensive and these small business owners need our support.

Their fruits and veggies are VERY fresh. The owner is helpful and they have a lot of products in stock for a small store.

I make a pit-​stop here after going to the bank because they have delicious fruits and vegetables, and Guylian milk chocolate bars.
This is also the only place I can consistently find Tropicana with «Some Pulp» in the area. I like my orange juice tasting as if I squeezed and drained it myself, which I tend to do on occasions when I cannot find the aforementioned juice.
Orange juice without pulp just tastes unnatural.

Everytime I shop here I’m reminiscent of growing up in queens and these types of places were where we would go to buy fresh fruit & veggies and everything else was bought at the local supermarket…
Sadly I feel like these fruit stands are around less and less. The produce here is super fresh and clean here, actually the whole store is immaculately kept. Prices are fairly reasonable and love that they take credit cards!
Everything is laid out so that what you are looking to buy can be found with almost no interaction with the store keeper, however if you don’t see it, always ask the man behind the counter because trust they carry it.

Good selection of fruits and veggies with a small grocery section and some asian offerings. You won’t find any meats here and only a small selection of yogurt, cheese and milk, but for most basic needs you’ll be covered (bread, canned goods, sauces, dressings, paper towels, cereal, etcetera). Bell Farm is best for when you need some fruits and veggies in a hurry. They have sale produce out front and regularly priced items inside at moderate prices, but it’s no Main Street Flushing. They also have a selection of spices, teas and dried fruits and nuts.
