I’m a Bloody Mary fan, they offer one of the best. If you’re there on a weekend you can get it with a bacon cheeseburger with fried egg on top, excellent. The rest of the menu is good, but it’s pretty much bar food. The atmosphere is right up my alley, despite being close to everything it has a rural MN/​WI feel to it on the inside. They offer quite a few televisions if you’re heading there to watch sports and they have an iTunes juke box as well. If you’re looking for somewhere to go strictly for food, it’s not too bad, if you’re looking for somewhere to get together with friends and have a fun evening this is a great place.

I made my husband come across the river and try another bar and I’m glad I did. Discovered an old bowling alley in this place and noted that for some future fun! My bartender was attentive and nice. I ordered a burger with bacon, cheese, mayo, and lettuce. It was really delicious. The fries were good. Husband had wings and said they were some of the best he has had in a long time. Crowd is old dudes just yapping. Chill older bar were you can go and just be yourself at with no trouble. Prices are fair.

Great place to stop for a drink and appetizers anytime. We have brought our kids on occassion for early bowling and dinner on a Friday night. Excellent way to kick off a weekend.

Came here for a work Happy Hour last week and had a good time. Their Happy Hour specials for food are a pretty good deal, a number of appetizers at $ 4 each. We tried the Italian fries, popcorn shrimp, and bacon cheddar fries. The hit of the night was the fries by far. Seasoned waffle fries topped with real cheddar cheese, bacon and green onions, served with a side of seasoned sour cream. Yum!
I might suggest this place for lunch one day seeing as how on Tuesdays they have burger specials. And it’s close to work.
Not a bad place for a work happy hour!

The Duke burger is outstanding … the mini Duke is good as well.

Decent food, stopped in for lunch as we were in the area, kind of expensive ($ 9 burger) but pretty good. Had coleslaw with my burger, was nothing special.
I wouldn’t make a special trip out here to eat, but if I was in the area and hungry I wouldn’t mind stopping by again.

Now those are some good fries! I don’t know what they’re called but they do them up baked potato style … waffle fries on the bottom, cheese, bacon, sour cream, chives all layered on top … mmmm.
The «normal» fries are spectacular too!
p. s. a recently turned smoke-​free environment … nice!
