Headcutters

I cried. Literally balled after I left. I already had a haircut done elsewhere but came here for a trim. The woman cut my hair in the back so short, I had a reverse mullet. You might have thought I was a little boy from the back. She told me, we don’t give money back… wow. i got it back. My boyfriend hated his haircut too. I would say go here for trims or easy cuts but apparently hairdressers are not talented enough for even that.

The Staff was friendly and my haircut was excellent. I always am happy to find a great new spot to get my hair cut. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.
The price was reasonable.

Horrible experience here tonight.
I lived in bayport for years and we’ve had my sons hair cut here many times so I decided to swing in and get mine done. Bad idea. Girl that cut my hair was MICHELLE. I think she got her license from a Cracker Jack box because she didn’t listen to a word I said and butchered my hair. I asked for long layers. Imagine my horror as I watched her take parts of my long locks and cut about six inches off before I could stop her. Which I did and only ended up with half a haircut. The girl at the desk actually suggested that I let her finish — um, why so I can be bald? I paid and left. Then promptly went back and asked for a refund. I had to call the owner at home to get it.
My options now are
1) go somewhere else and have my haircut short which defeats the purpose of me growing it out the last year or;
2) wear my hair in a ponytail for the next 5 – 6 months.
So so sad. I cried all the way home. I’m devastated.
