Grazio and his team are wonderful! They work quickly, respond all the time and make sure everything is working perfectly before they leave. Their communications is incredible and they are so thorough. Extremely nice too. I can not say enough nice things about them. I would recommend them to anyone who really wants quality work.

A couple of months ago, I stopped in here looking for a specific 7mega pixel camera I had when I was younger and loved. I knew they had older models, so I wanted to check.
One of the attendants approached me and asked if I needed help. When I gave the make and model of the specific camera, he said they did not have it but then relentlessly tried to sell me a THREE megapixel camera for hundreds of dollars that they had in a display case CLAIMING it looks the same. He showed me two prints in the display case and told me the 3mp camera printed out the same as a 10mp one. I wasn’t event looking to purchase any model other than the one I had my mind set on.
He was very pushy and I avoid the store to this day. I know about cameras, so I knew he was pushing off junk. I don’t know about stereos, tvs and other electronics, so I can only imagine what they are trying to push off on people. WATCH OUT!

My wife & I went to the store to return an item she bought last week, and they gave us no problems and they showed something even better which we bought, the salesman Kevin was very nice he took care of my wife the first time and this time as well. He is a good salesman and should praised for work.

I like to support local businesses and this shop is a great local place. Dumb me bought an electronic item at Sears that I ended up returning because it didn’t work. On a whim, I stopped by here. Not only are the sales people nice and attentive, it was cheaper (by like $ 15!). I keep this place in mind when I shop electronics and make this a first stop.
