Needed a budget friendly place while visiting the area… didnt want to stay in NYC due to high pricing… this is very close to all of the local attractions and transportation is easy to access. I read several reviews. and wasnt expecting a whole lot, but it fits the need just fine. Basic, clean room for a very reasonable price. only used the room to sleep while we adventured throughout the day. Its easy, its clean, and the staff was helpful

Let’s see I paid 100.00 for this piece of crap room and paid 77.00 for the same quality yesterday in NY. Cleanliness was less than desirable. I’m wiping dust off of all surfaces in the bathroom. At least the POC room in NY had a frig, microwave and blowdryer (didnt need it but nice touch) where as this place has NONE of that. The pillows in this place are equivalent to a pancake, no extra pillows or blankets provided but to be fair we did ask for 2 additional and they gave them to us promptly at no extra charge. Noisy neighbors thru out the entire night.

After a long drive and an exhausting day I just needed a bed to crash but it appears that I just checked in at an escort facility. too much noise from all over lol. shady people around … 50 bucks for 3 hrs. Or 96 a night (weekends). enough said. stay away if u need a quite place to sleep. door lock has malfunctions as well as the air conditioner. room clean

Functional place. The bed works, the TV too. Everything is older and not so nice. We used the motel to have a cheap and close by option to Manhattan. It was about 60 $ per night for 2 persons. We only slept there, so it was ok. Safe parking beyond the building.
Staff was willing to help. Good place for starting day excursions to Manhattan. The ferry (two ports) is about 15 min by car.
It’s not a place for families!
