This place is a gem. I stopped by one day and was pleasantly surprised at the wide selection, from craft beers (refrigerated and ready to go!) to rare wines and high quality spirits. There are often good deals, as they constantly refresh their stock. Great customer service, clean store, friendly staff — they know their stuff and are extremely helpful.
I highly recommend this liquor store for craft beer enthusiasts, top shelf liquor, California wine lovers, cigars, or just anyone who wants cheap liquor.

My review is primarily for the craft beer selection. They have a ton of choices and most of which are refrigerated and ready to drink! As a current California resident, I see many of my favorites on their shelves, such as Ballast Point, Rogue, Stone, Lagunitas, and Sierra Navada as well as new local regional favorites like Ithaca, Goose Island and Brooklyn breweries.
There’s plenty of wines to choose from too if you’re looking for that perfect dinner party gift. A clean, bright establishment with quick service. Good job high spirits!

High Spirit of Bayonne is my local liquor store. It even feels weird calling it just a liquor store as it’s so much more than that. There are a few other choices in the area but no other will offer the friendly service combined with the knowledge High Spirit offers.
You’re always greeted by one of the 3 guys on site. Always offered assistance, but left alone to browse if assistance is not needed.
They have a huge wine selection not to mention a decent craft beer selection with most if not all seasonals.
Paul is a wine and spirits guru. This guy knows his stuff. Don’t expect to ask him his opinion on something and not get schooled. I went in looking for a Single Malt without much knowledge and was quickly given a crash course in Single Malts and helped in choosing a nice $ 80 bottle as I was on a budget.
Good place to pick up gift sets as well during the holidays.
