I had placed a phone order for a flower arrangement and specified to Belinda(sales person at Temple Florist) that my budget was $ 65, which she had acknowledged over verbal agreement. There was no mention of any additional charges at that time. Upon checking my transactions and seeing a $ 20 overcharge, I called Temple Florist to rectify the situation. Emily answered and listened to the situation I had presented over the phone and stated that she would talk to Belinda and the store manager and get back to me later that day. Since I had not received a follow-up call, I called back the next business day. Belinda answered, became defensive at the situation instead of apologizing about the miscommunication, and stated that the manager would get back to me. After 2 days of trying to make contact with the manager to resolve the situation, I’m still waiting with perhaps wasteful but bated breath for an apology and/or refund. Make what you may of my review, but the lack or communication, poor character, and less than satisfactory customer service is my bottom line of my experience with Temple Florist.
