I was very pleased with Wines on Main. The staff was helpful and informative. I was able to chat intelligently about the perfect wine I was in the mood for. Their selection is nicely balanced so I can go from a cheap and cheerful to a high end treat. Definitely a place to visit on a regular basis.. . sadly my cellar is now stocked for the moment :-)

Best wine store for selection and prices. Besides the discount liquor stores no one beats these prices. Staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Especially the blond women who I believes owns the store. She has an abundance of information about the wine and a great nose. She knows how to steer you towards what you want.

I’ll start with the positive, this place has an amazing selection of wines that you don’t see in your smaller liquor stores. It’s also HUGE giving you plenty of room to browse. That said, the service is very much hit or miss. I’ve gone in and been waited on by an employee who really knew her stuff and helped me discover one of my new favorite wines. A couple times since then, I’ve gone in and barely received a nod or hello. Their prices are also slightly higher compared to the liquor store near my house but if you want the selection, you’ve got to pay a bit more. If you know what you’re looking for, check it out, if you want any sort of help, you may want to try elsewhere.
