This place is great, I always have a great experience going to Vitamin Shoppe locations. I had a photoshoot coming up & needed a couple of fat burning pills to cut a little water weight before I went. I had went to the GNC in the mall nearby asking for assistance on the matter, seeing if they could help me by selling me a few sample packs instead of buying a 40 $ bottle. They were no help & were very dismissive. I left disappointed but in my luck found this location outside. I had explained to Ken of my situation & he took it upon himself to go in the back & give me 4 sample packs free of charge. Now THIS IS WHY I love Vitamin Shoppe, they really know how to treat their customers and have a great point rewards system. Thank you & I appreciate the brand for your help !

Very poor customer service. I was not greeted or offered assistance. Two associates were standing in the aisle having a conversation. I browsed and found the item I was looking for myself and proceeded to the register. I had to let an associate know that I was ready and would like to be rung up.
The associate’s attitude was condescending and I was treated as if I was an interruption to his day. I will never shop at Vitamin Shoppe again.
