I like this place. The people are very kind. I am always happy with my pictures and the people there are always very helpful. I definitely recommend the Bay Shore location. I recommend that you make an appointment, because depending on the time of year or holiday it will be a mad house. But if you get yourself in a bright and early time slot you will be fine. When it comes to these types of businesses, you need to be a planner. I also suggest that you be «on time». Otherwise you will have a great photo shoot!

Bad quality work through and through! We had a rushed and hectic photo shoot there two weeks ago. The result– lots of badly framed pictures and yesterday my husband went to pick up the CD we ordered with all images and lo and behold, the CD was EMPTY! Completely empty after paying 160 dollars for a lousy photo shoot. Now we get no pictures! Horrible. We called and asked for them to mail us a copy asap, if not we will raise hell with the manager. What a lousy place!
