I just bought a house that came with a lawn sprinkler system. I didn’t know how it worked or how to prepare the system for the winter. I called two sprinker/​irrigation places. One didn’t answer. The other one, Ideal Irrigation, did. I talked to the owner Rich Mirabella. He offered to come to my house to teach me about this system — for no charge. He stopped over this past Saturday morning and showed me how the control box/​timers worked and how each zone operated. I appreciated the time spent as I now feel much more comfortable with my system AND I am now a loyal customer to Ideal Irrigation and Rich Mirabella.
