Wish there were a listing of hours they are opened or someone who was able to pick up the phone to answer this simple question. Guess I will not ever be visiting this aldo location.

I have been a loyal customer with Aldo for over the past decade. I find that lately their customer service has gone down the drain. It seems Aldo now hires teenagers at low pay rates as managers who have not the slightest idea what customer service is. Today I went to return a pair of moccasins that fell apart the first time I wore them. I had my receipt and asked for a return and was told by an employee that I could not return these shoes because they were worn. I explained that they were damaged, that I had JUST bought them two days ago and just wore them for the first time the day before. She sent me over to her supervisor who tells me the same thing. At this point I am furious that I’ve been robbed of my money for being sold junk! This supervisor or manager then asks what I’m upset about with a disgusting attitude and finally tells me she can replace them. I agree to a replacement just to get out the store just to have her tell me they don’t even have them and need to order them. I just want a refund at this point and she is looking for an argument. She finally gives me a refund. And when I turn around to leave she shouts out «YOURE WELCOME» again nasty as could be. Excuse me? Extremely tasteless diagusting manager. In all of the years that I have been a loyal Aldo customer I have never ever dealt with the ghetto rudeness I have dealt with in this location today. Dear Aldo recruiting management please pay your employees more and hire quality candidates who know what it means to be manager and not cost you your sales. I will absolutely not ever shop this location again. Extremely disappointed. cashier number 46 634 531
