My review is not for the level of care, or the teachers, it is a reflection of management.
My son only attended this facility a short while before finding a new preschool. The level of professionalism is non existent in my opinion, even a year later. I have been attempting to obtain the employee identification number for 2 weeks as they did not send out tax statements. Still no EIN number. No one calls back. However when I first inquired about childcare, they would call excessively to obtain my business. I find it unfair that I paid tuition dues on time, treated them with respect, however that same service is not being returned.
