Disney’s Hollywood Studios Guest Relations

If had another Horrible experience at WDW. RUN to universal Bc WDW has lust all of its pixie dust. If this is the happiest place on earth what could be more miserable. The workers are rude and customer service is a joke, Linda a supervisor in guest relationships acted –again key word for she could care less. Waited for 30 minutes and not even a chair in guest services’ it took the manager of a supervisor to listen to the many complaints.

The were very helpful with the few questions I had. Granted they were easy ones but still helpful none the less. I won’t hesitate to go back by if I need anything on my up coming trip.

We bought our annual passes today and we had to redeem them at guest relations.
The lady that helped us was very helpful and informative. She gave us some tips about our photo pass.
The only downfall was the l was long and only a few lanes opened. This normally wouldn’t bother me but with a 18 month old she didn’t want to wait any longer.

This is actually for a photo pass employee named Miranda. We stopped in after a few rides at Hollywood studios to see if our pictures from the day before had finally been loaded onto our magic band account. We had pretty much accepted that something went wrong and that day of magical pictures was lost for some reason. They were not there. Did that stop Miranda from finding them? No, indeed. She asked me approximate times we took our photos and searched the data base and she found them! All of them! Seriously, that made my day! I’m feeling the magic!

The Cast Members at this location truly go above and beyond to meet all of your needs. There may be a long line, because let’s face it people have needs to be met…
Every cast member we’ve encountered here is extremely friendly and helpful. No matter the issue if there’s something they can do, they are sure to help in anyway they can.
Just remember, try to be patient the Cast Members here are trying to help… and they are more than likely doing the best they can to resolve whatever the issue may be.

There was a change in the disability access services. If you have a child with special needs, you can no longer get a pass to go to the front of the line. There system is similar to Fast Pass. You get the access card and go to the ride to get your scheduled return time. You can only have one scheduled return time at any given time. Once your ride time has passed, you can schedule your next ride.
If you plan accordingly, you can stagger this between your Fast Pass.

The Cast Members who work in Guest Relations really go above and beyond to make sure all your needs are met and to help you with all your concerns.
If you ever have any problems in the Park, questions, concerns, etc., then this is where you should come. You’ll be surprised at what all they can accomplish here.
If you are celebrating a birthday, anniversary, or other occasion, come here when you enter the Park to get a special Button to wear during the day.
You can pick up attraction translation devices, maps in other languages, and time guides here for show times, etc.
This use to be the place to get a Guest Assistance Pass, but those have now been eliminated; however, if you have a disability that still needs particular attention for you to be able to enjoy the attractions, shows, etc., then come here and they will assist you the best they can.

My 3-​year old daughter left her wristband in our hotel room, and her backpack on the bus. Guest relations was helpful and their service was quick, letting us get back to our fun as fast as possible. They didn’t cancel her magic band, which was awesome… just gave us a card to use in case she left it in the room again. What amazing service!
