Sad to see a local favorite slowly deteriorate over time. Prices for ordinary standards have increased while customer service is non-​existent. Time to find a better place to go.

Best flower shop ever! As with any loss, it is a tough time for everyone. Not being able to be there for the ones you love because you live so far away is such a bad feeling. I knew that Keit’s had bereavement gifts, as my mother had received a beautiful garden angel from her coworkers when her mother passed. I had called them and asked if there was any way that they could take pics of all their figurines and send them via picture mail. Barbara was so awesome, she sent 8 pictures showing the whole assortment that they had. I picked everyone that I felt was appropriate for my particular needs by drawing a circle with paint and sending back via pic mail. She txt back the size and price of each. She also sent one that was similar to my choices that must’ve not been visible in the original pictures, which I ended up purchasing. I was able to pay her over the phone with a credit card & my mother was able to pick up the items and hand deliver on my behalf. Thank you so much Barbara, your time and great customer service is truly appreciated.

Having forgotten to order flowers for my lovely bride of 31 years, I called Keit’s at 6:10 pm on my way home from work to see if I could purchase roses to take home. They had closed at 6:00 but the kind lady said she’d wait for me. I got there just before 6:30 and the roses were beautiful. Thank you so much for staying late to help me out!

Love the fact that I can pretty much walk to this haven. I found «Living Stones,» which looks like some sort of weird fake plant. They even had a real turtle basking on a rock in a little pond. This place is pretty big. I went too early for veggies and fruits, but they had a nice selection of flowers.

Wow, in preparation for my Valentine’s love fiesta, I felt the need to get sappy and order/​pick out some flowers for the boy. In lieu of ordering online, I thought I might just walk right in and pick something out, expect half of Bay City had the same plan. Irregardless of the V day crowd, I was helped very promptly and efficiently by a very nice woman by the name of Mary. I told her my price range, and she totally hooked me up! Next time the fam, the boy, or the boss need some floral cheer, this is totally my spot!
