We were in a hurry and had coupons. Turns out one was expired, which the cashier didn’t notice until after completing the transaction. She proceeded to return our purchased clothing and have us repurchase it without even telling us what she was doing. It was a $ 10 coupon, she failed to check the date. We weren’t trying to intentionally screw anyone, but she made us feel like we were. Luckily the manager stepped in and told her to stop. Can’t understand why the computer system can’t reject expired coupons automatically.
