Just like any other BWW. Food is pretty consistent but staff is really hit or miss. Turnover is crazy. Nothing great. Nothing bad.

Very slow service without much personality. To make things even more upsetting the food is exactly what you could find in the frozen food section at the local grocer. Just plain bad.

It’s your typical Buffalo Wild Wings. Pretty good food, but expect to pay a little for it. It’s kind of on the smaller side, but it is Bay City after all. The staff seemed friendly and accommodating.

Definitely the «place to go» for locals watching the game. We went on a Saturday night and it was packed. Despite that though, we only waited 10 minutes for a table, so it wasn’t bad.
Food is standard B Dubs so it was average; not awesome, but not aweful. They have always been a little over priced in my opinion, but again, the food is decent so it’s worth a dinner out once in a while.
Service was pretty fast despite how busy they were, so I really can’t complain about the experience. I’m sure I’ll be back from time to time.

It was ok… the food came in paper bowls which was a little ghetto… our server kattie (yes with two Ts) was great… it is a food chain so you can’t expect greatness…

Typical run of the mill b-​dubs. Nothing special. This place tends to be really busy due to the local colleges but this is no excuse for the wait staff to be rude and ignore requests. I was appaled by the service and the fact that I couldn’t get the waiters attention. He even complained about having to fill up my water more than once. Good food but bad experiance.
