well it is sad to go purchase food and have to force it down because it tasted so old and stale. my wife had a bad time with the boss nachos with soggy chips and her chaloupa was empty with the lettuce and tomatoes were on the bottom of the bag i would rather starve then ever go back… the soft tacos were just as hard as the hard crunchy shell. i have to work hard to get my money if i wanted to throw my money away next time i can just come to you guys i am not happy nor is my family happy we will never go back

We’ve never gone in the store, so this is a drive-​thru review.
We frequently come to TB in the middle of the night (graveyard shift, yay). The service is always friendly and prompt. I like how they ask you what kind of hot sauce you want in advance so that everything is ready to go with no delays at the window.
However, make sure to check your order before you head home. They’re usually pretty good; if they mess something up it’s usually just an alternate of the same item (eg; locos tacos, crunchwrap sliders, etc.). They have always made it right with no attitude.

Riley fouled up bad. She took my order: 1 taco supreme, 1 pintos n cheese with no red sauce. She repeated the order, verified correct on the drive through screen, which it was. I paid and got my food to take home and enjoy. Home: not the right order. I had carefully looked at
to calculate what I could eat. I did get pintos and chees with no red sauce but some how the taco supreme had turned into a 779 calorie, 74 carb and 42 fat taco salad! That was totally unacceptable. There was one car ahead of me, ad no one behind me, they were NOT busy. I am VERY disappointed.

Usually have very good experiences. 9 times out of 10 they get the order 100% correct. They are quick to fill the order (I usually special order everything too) and the food is always hot & fresh. Very good

Extremely bad; should have listened to the customer before me. $ 8 for 2 tacos and sad bean burrito. Just terrible quality and taste.
Taco bell is just a failed attempt to mimic food.
