Suburban Propane

I own my own tank and only fill every 5 years. I called for an estimate. They were cheaper. So i wanted to schedule a fill. She said they must do a leak check first. So i scheduled that. She said that she would call the Friday before the service to confirm. That never happened. Then the day of the service. She called asking where is the paper work that I was supposed to send in. The paper work was never sent to me. When she did send it to me. It’s a stupid contract with them. After all the screwing around I finally got my leak check done. Thanks to me calling them. Then I was told. After the check they would call me to schedule the fill. Soooo. 3 days later I finally had to call AGAIN. I asked why they never called. I was then informed they have zero record on my leak check. They dropped the ball on everything. I finally got the fill scheduled. Once I get it filled. I will never use this company ever again. Waaaaay to much work for me to get these people to take my money. Rediculous.
