I have had good and bad experiences with this bank. Today was a bad one. For all of the good and helpful experiences I have had, this bad one today overshadows them all. That is how upset I am. I have been banking with them for seventeen years and the way I felt I was treated today makes me want to change banks. Which is sad because even though I moved to Portland, OR, I stayed with my bank in Battle Ground. Even if I was a new customer I shouldn’t have been treated the way I was. I would give a lower star rating, but I have had some good experiences and for the that I am thankful. I just can’t forgive being mistreated and made to feel upset.

Friendly and efficient staff. Never long lines. Riverview supports many community events in Clark County and is a great bank in general but the Battle Ground branch is particularly good at efficiency and friendliness.

I enjoy banking here the employee owners greet you when you enter the branch. Bonnie the manager is always ready to help you with a big smile. Most banks don’t know you from Adam but not here. They support small business and help with all our needs. Coffee is free.
