I have to say the first time I came here I got an excellent hair cut. The second time I came in, it was my birthday and wanted my hair cut and curled. Just a normal thing. I went in and the lady took me to the bowl, barely wet my hair and blamed it on my hair saying my hair is too thick to absorb water. Next is the haircut which went smooth. Then she went to blow dry and that went okay. Then we get to the style and she is hair spraying my hair before she does anything to it. I had asked if she was curling it and she said no. So she gets the curling iron out and says my hair is too thick to curl. She held it for 1 second, I’m not even exaggerating on this. Then she said my hair is too thick to curl. I then showed her she has to hold it for the heat to penetrate the hair and actually give its shape. Then she tells me she doesn’t know how to curl. WHAT THE HECK?! What hair stylist does not know how to curl hair??! So I continued and let her straighten my hair. I left with WAVY hair and had to go back home after I left to straighten it myself. She wouldn’t let the straightener actually straighten the hair, she would just hair spray it and run the straightener over it fast and pull my hair out with the 2007 straightener she has. Seriously??! Then she charged me 20 dollars more because I had too much hair. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! 45 dollars for a damn hair cut.

Great value & service! I always get a great cut from Heather. She can recreate photos I bring in, & turns my super thick messy hair into a cute cut every time! ! I get a better cut from her than I have elsewhere for twice the cost. Thank you Heather!

I tell you what, it’s really hard finding someone who cuts great hair. Everyone has probably had a horrible haircut from time to time. You think, hmm, maybe I should step up and pay $ 30 for a haircut. This is not the case, my friends. It’s the stylist, not the price. My mother and I have finally found a great place for a great price. The ladies in this salon are so kind and they ask exactly what you want. We always have Lien cut our hair, and she does the best work. She will do exactly what you want, and she’s a perfectionist. When she’s done, she asks if you are happy with the results. My dad has had four different ladies cut his hair (whoever was available), and they do a wonderful job as well.
