* This place is great if you want good burgers quickly, without resorting to a chain fast food place. * The Pineapple Teriyaki Burger is a must-try if you like pineapples! It’s kind of messy to eat, but very delicious! * The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the place was nice and clean.

My family and I wanted to grab a quick breakfast between soccer games this weekend and our normal spot was packed so we made our way here having heard it was a great place for breakfast in the battle ground area. They seated us quickly and served us just as quick. I got the mushroom omelette and added green peppers — it was to die for! Comes with a HUGE omelette, tons of hashbrowns, and your choice of a bread side. I got the English muffin and a house coffee which was also very good. They were awesome about checking on us and bringing us anything we needed — Tabasco, ketchup, more napkins… They were awesome! I even overheard that they have a rewards card for regulars. Pretty cool. I heard they opened up a Greek style restaurant across the way and, after this great experience, am wanting to try that out as soon as possible. Definitely a great stop in our little town for a delicious breakfast in a diner style atmosphere!

I absolutely love the Italian Beef sandwich at Old Town. I am from the Chicago area, and this is the best I have had on the West Coast. Au jus is served on the side so you can decide if you want it dry or wet. The Philly Cheesesteak is also quite tasty. If you’re not a fan of season salt, they’ll make a batch of fries for you without. Owner and staff are super friendly and attentive, and I continue going at least twice a month.

Wanted to try it but apparently we were invisible today. We were literally ignored for 10+ minutes before we walked out. Everyone around us was served and orders taken after we arrived and they even got water. We got menus and were forgotten after that.

Walking in, you really get that home like feel. What really bothered me was the female«server». To be honest, she was the only thing that lost this place a star. Other than that, the food is amazing. I had the Bacon Cheese burger with the special sauce and I can safely say that this place has amazing food. I may be lactose intolerant but I went for the Vanilla Ice Cream Shake because I was really satisfied with the regular food, might as well taste dessert! Other than the female server with the horrible attitude, the owner was pleasent and the food was great. My suggestion? Hire a new server, yours has no pep.

Normally, I check a place out a little before stopping or at least are in the mood for the type of food served. However, I was riding with my brother and his wife. They had visited this place before so wanted to stop and try it again. I was game. Before we pulled in they had indicated this was a «sandwich shop». I definitely was not in the mood for a sandwich as my dinner but was still game. The menu had quite a few different types of hamburgers listed, some sandwiches and different Greek items. From looking at this menu, I would call it more a restaurant for lunch than for dinner. My brother ordered an Italian sandwich, my SIL ordered a fish sandwich and I ordered the barley soup. I received my soup and had finished it when the other two items finally reached the table. I believe the soup was Campbells Vegetable Beef. It tasted identical to that. The fish sandwich looked very good and my SIL thought it excellent. However, if you want an Italian sub, go to Subway. This one was smaller, had less on it, no sides and twice the price. Neither of the sandwiches came with anything other than the sandwich — no chips, no fries, no cole slaw, no salad. Drinks — two drinks came early and the third was just before the fish burger was served. Looking at the reviews others left, I’m very surprised as the rating is definitely high for this restaurant. However, to give them the benefit I’m rating this a 3 but mainly because of the fish sandwich. The service wasn’t friendly nor unfriendly. It wasn’t great, obviously. Two meals would have been a 2 but the fish could have brought a 4. So, with a 3 rating I’m over-rating it just like many others have done but we also didn’t have a hamburger. I probably should have rated it a 2. We probably would not return.

Was up for a good burger and this place didn’t come through. My litmus test for a burger joint is their fries. If they care enough to do those right then the rest is typically good too. Although I asked for«crisp fries», what I got was inedible. Completely under cooked and just mush. That explains why I noticed fries still in baskets at several tables when they got up and left. And… the rest fell right in line with the fries. My wife got the onion rings with her burger and got served fries. When she mentioned it they brought out an order a short time later. I had two bites of one and didn’t finish it. Tasted like fish. The bacon in my bacon cheeseburger reminded me of microwave bacon. Extremely thin and artificial taste. I haven’t ordered tater tots in years but did based on other reviews. Although the outsides were nice and crisp, the insides were a little mushy. The burger patty wasn’t too bad. Just lacked flavor. Cheese was a thin layer and added nothing to the burger. We went around 1:00 on a Sunday and the place was very busy. Looked to be a popular after church spot.

When you’re old enough to know better, but still young enough to have a burger … and you’re in the not-so-ancient town of Battle Ground Washington … you will eventually call on Old Town Burger & Breakfast on Main Street. The restaurant no longer has breakfast, but they still dish out classic burgers and sandwiches plus a mix of Mediterranean options. Some of Old Towns most venerable veterans include Aloha Burger($ 8.99 with Tots) Say hello to Teriyaki Sauce, Pineapple Ring, and Swiss Cheese Da’ Philly Sandwich($ 7.99) BGWA ain’t Philly and this Cheesesteak isn’t either, but it is filling Northwest Burger($ 8.99 with Onion Rings) Celebrating the PNW with Tillamook Cheddar, Jalapenos, & Mushrooms Original Gyro Sandwich($ 6.99) Gyro meat in a warm Pita with Tzatziki … it’s all Greek to me Baklava or Nut Rolls Check out the display case at the counter … Dessert to go! The food at Old Town Burger is old-school Americana with a Greek twist. The prices are reasonable and match the quality. Don’t expect a fine dining experience, but do expect some super friendly service and leaving satisfied. For what it is … an Old Town Burger joint in Battle Ground, WA … it’s 4 stars.

The food is great; I love the Greek omelette and every burger and sandwich I’ve had here is hearty and flavorful. There’s a good mix of American grill food and Greek standards. The service has always been warm and welcome and the owner is a good guy. The environment is a little shabby like an old school café, but it’s clean. It’s not a date spot, but it is a place to get excellent food.

We wanted burgers, and didn’t want to go to a chain, so we tried this place. First off it’s clean & you are greeted by very friendly staff. We each had a burger and split tater tots. The burgers were great and the tater tots were the best we have ever had in a restaurant. The price are fair and the service was great. They had two choices of baklava, a Greek dessert, we tried the walnut, oh was it a treat! We will be back for sure!

This place has some superb food! Their fries are amazing(they have a really cool seasoning that makes them a little spicy) Their burgers are also very good! Their bacon burger is to die for. The atmosphere is pretty good. It is an old Battle Ground dinner right off of Main Street. Nice owners and waiters/waitresses.

So many things about Old Town Burger & Breakfast impressed us. The first thing we noticed was the amazingly friendly staff & owner who greeted us & waited on us. It felt very genuine & gracious. Next we observed the cleanliness. This place sparkled! The menu was simple but had a little something for everyone, including remnants from their menu from back when they were a Middle Eastern restaurant. We couldn’t help but notice how incredibly fast our food came. We both got burgers(different kinds) & they were delicious! The lightly seasoned fries were also great with their delicious traditional fry sauce. During our visit, the business picked up considerably, but it didn’t look like the number of customers impeded the staff’s friendliness or expediency. Well done! On our next visit, I’m going to try a Gyro.
