The kid in there is too stoned to have any customer service skills… Feel bad for the other employees that have to work with that douche. find a better shop where customers needs come first, (any other shop) and you won’t be patronized for buying their inferior products.

My girlfriend and I stopped in a few times before we knew much about vaping because we thought they were the only vape shop in Battle Ground. The sales associates seemed condescending and disinterested, like they couldn’t waste their time on us. There’s kind of an awkward, uncomfortable vibe in there and it didn’t help that they were all eyeballing my girl like they’d never seen one before. We’ve since taken our business elsewhere.

I’ve been buying tobacco products at the Vancouver outlet then one day I go in after the rolling machine broke and they told me they not only wouldn’t replace it that they no longer sell any tobacco products at all. I was a regular customer buying both vapor products and tobacco products. They then told me they no longer carried my preferred Vapor product (SoHo). They were also quite rude about it and told me to go to their Battle Ground store (37 mile round trip) Yah right.

Horrible customer service and cheap products. I bought an Evod tank here and it leaked so bad that I returned it. They told me they don’t warrantee their products. I was dumb enough to buy another kind of tank and it broke within 10 min of use. I tried to return it and they told me to get bent. Do not waste your time or money here! So rude and a rip off!
