Horrible experience and you can not return anything to this store in battleground wa, they failed to mention that but raved about their 120 day exchange policy. Only to find out some items are not exchangeable. My suggestion go to any other bed store around they all offer refunds or exchanges on all items, this is only store I’ve ever found that does not.

Went in to get a mattress for my oldest daughter. With school starting the importance of a good-​nights rest was even more important than normal. Went in, was met by Carl. He was very friendly, no stress, very knowledgeable. We spent a good deal of time getting the right product. I told him my price range and he was very conscientious about sticking to it, no up-​sell attempt at all. Very professional. Found the right product and scheduled delivery the next day. Next day delivery guys called exactly when they said they would call and set the time to arrive. The guys showed up early and had the new mattress set up in about 10 minutes.
End to end a very pleasurable experience. Next time I need a mattress I’m heading straight there.
