I developed what appeared to be pink eye over the weekend. I went to MedExpress on Sunday morning and had no wait. It took about 5 minutes to register and I then had a one minute wait and was called back to the pre-doctor area for blood pressure and temperature, etc. I then saw the Dr. who did a thorough exam, that was not rushed but to the point. The whole experience was top notch and every single person I dealt with was kind and courteous. Highly recommend

I went to Med Express in February for a possible sinus infection and strep throat. The receptionist told me I didn’t have a co-pays for urgent care. I thought that was odd and questioned her about it and she assured me that there wouldn’t be a charge. They require you put a debit/credit card on file. I was reluctant to give them my card and I should have known better but I gave them my card. A month later I get a bill for $ 76.00 that would be coming off my card in the next 10 days. There was no explanation of what I was being charged for and I have made SEVERAL calls to get information without ANY of the calls being returned. I paid the 76.00 but I want everyone to know how crooked this place is. GOTOTHEHOSPITAL instead. It’s cheaper.

Slow. Came here on a Sunday because my child had a temp. 11 people in front of us and in 1 hour only 2 called in. At this rate we will be here around 5 ½ hours before being seen. Signs on the wall posts their vision of «Great Care. Fast». I have yet to see the great care due to their SLOW service and may end up walking out. The waiting room appears clean and still new. There is a 28″ flat screen on the east wall and free WiFi in the waiting room. Only 1 foam disinfectant dispenser in waiting room and its located outside of the bathroom. Update: We cancelled our registration and walked out.
