What’s the point of a coupon if the workers don’t apply it? This has happened multiple times to me at this place. They do a fairly good job but fail to honor their coupons.

I have tried many Dry Cleaners in Baton Rouge and hands down this place has the most caring and lovely staff. They remember my name, provide excellent service(Kean’s is the worst as they lost my stuff 6 times in a row) and I find it to be the most consistent same day service. Any sub-par review on here is most likely the individual; not the company’s problem. I say this because I am hyper critical and rarely find companies who meet(much less exceed) my expectations. Much love to the ladies… I cannot remember all theirs names but Melissa is a blessing as they all are.

Wow! Poor service at is finest. I decided to give this location a try as it is a bit more convenient to my new job. What a bad idea. When I pulled up in the drive thru to initially drop off prior to going into work, two of the employees(or an employee and a friend?) were sitting outside in the ground. Maybe someone was on a smoke break, but who knows? I get out of my car and begin unloading. There was no welcome or greeting, just«what’s your last name?» After it was determined this was my first visit to this location, she seemed semi aggravated. I walked my clothes inside and placed them on the counter. The entire time i felt like I was bothering her. You know the feeling when you are interrupting something and someone rushes you? After getting needed info she says«tomorrow after five». I was so turned off by the rudeness and demeanor that it wasn’t until the following day that I realized that I was not asked how I would like my items services — starch type? Dry cleaned? Laundered? Ironed? I had not fully pulled off when she returned outside with her coworker to finish whatever they were doing outside in front. The next day when picking up my items, I noticed that the coupon I submitted was not applied. It wasn’t a big issue, the new younger girl figured out how to take it off. But absolutely the final strike in the process of not offering good customer service. I’m sorry, but dry cleaning is not cheap. I’m not asking for anyone to go over and beyond, but at least pretend that you are happy to have customers. Now, because of rudeness and poor service, I will not return and will take my business elsewhere.
