I love these cleaners! I’ve been going to this location for years, but have moved in the past two so I’m not a regular to say the least. The ladies there are always the nicest and have impeccable service. Well last week I needed a pair of pants done overnight. Almost everywhere in town was telling me it would be days. I called a Welsh’s location, and they said they’d make a phone call to another location, and they’d be able to do it for me. To my surprise it was my old cleaners. I loved being able to go in like old times, and have the same great service I had missed so much. I had my pants done just a few hours later, and they looked great. Another awesome experience at these cleaners.

I had the most awful experience at the dry cleaners yesterday. I have been going to them for some time and had been very pleased. They were always pleasant and did a good job. I had told them about a terrible experience with another local dry cleaners who washed a blazer and then denied it so they were aware that I only dry clean my clothes. I bought a new pair of white pants and spilled a coke on them. I brought them in to be cleaned. When I put them on the next time, they were shrunk! They had obviously been washed but I was confident that they would make it right. I WASWRONG! First, they said that the followed the cleaning instructions. Well, I have many of these Banana Republic pants in other colors so I know the directions say DRYCLEANONLY on the inside. I turned them inside out… NOTAGS! Knowing that the clothes are cleaned off property, I asked if someone made a mistake, realized it and cut the tags out. They emphatically denied that one of their employees would do such a thing. I left very upset with a promise from the girl that the manager would call me. When I got home, I pulled another pair of pants of the same make out of the closet and there was the tag. I took the destroyed white pants out to get a better look at where the tag should be and guess what??? Tag has been cut! I realize that mistakes sometimes happen but I can’t believe the deceptive nature of this company. I would have expected a store credit for the damages since I can produce a receipt for the pants and that they are basically brand new. The girl at the front who has always been so kind knew a mistake had been made but rather than try to make it right, she got defensive and tried to blame it on me. I bring my clothes to this place almost every week so I am not some random customer. They know me even though they acted like they didn’t. They have definitely lost a faithful customer. I will never go back and will tell anyone I know to never use them. Poor, poor customer service. Still waiting on that call from the manager!

Not the worst cleaners in town, but they have done a bad job both times I brought my clothes there. They always left random creases in my shirts which looks terrible especially with extra starch. I have moved over to the eagle cleaners on Jefferson and they have done a much better job
