Tim’s Computers

I believe the only reason I’m giving two stars is because my device was done, but it happened within time. They had my computer for a little over a month and a half just to fix a screen. The bottom of my laptop was missing the rubber stand at the bottom, and my vent on the side was all sliced up into pieces. It’s like they beat up my computer and didn’t even think about telling me that they physically damaged it with no discount. Didn’t notice me computer was beat up until after I paid $ 185 to get it. Save yourself and go to another repair shop. There’s plenty in this area.

«Tim’s Computers» is fab! I have had to use their service a couple times and they have been excellent both times! The staff is here is so helpful and so knowledgeable on their technology! Their prices are affordable and will try to find used parts, if they can. If you ever get a chance to meet owner, Tim… he’s an absolute peach and provides probably some of the best customer service in town! He was referred by a friend and I will never go to anyone else, if I am having computer/​laptop problems. I wish I could rent one of the tech associates for the whole day to give me a run-​down on all my technology and how I could effectively use it. They do charge an additional fee, if you need to rush your service. If you are not in a rush, they will get things back to you within a decent amount of time.
