I paid $ 479 for a 3 bed/3 bath with all utilities included. I wish that our apartment had been updated like others that I had seen; those were much nicer. If I had one of those, I probably would’ve rated this community 4 stars. Our kitchen and hallway tiles were broken, our cabinets were very old, and our carpet was stained and burned even after being cleaned. You can hear the bass from the bars in Tigerland but you get used to it. And you’ll hear the train every night and morning too. BUT if you’re looking to save money and have a good friend that’s willing to endure these times with, I think Tiger Plaza is a pretty good option. Maintenance is almost immediate, the front office is pretty friendly, I’ve never gotten charged with move out fees even though our blinds were broken. Whenever we had a real problem, they were quick to fix it.

Expect to pay $ 150 automatically on move out. I didn’t cook or smoke in the apartment but was charged $ 325 for painting the apartment. $ 225 for drywall repair, but I didn’t damage the walls. They also charged me $ 110 for random repairs when I left the apartment spotless. They basically charged me $ 700 dollars for moving out. Oh also the walls are paper thin and you will hear the train at night.
