I have a MacBook Pro and was looking for someone who could upgrade my RAM as well as fix my charging issue because the battery wouldn’t charge… So I looked online and stumbled upon this business. It was a Friday night and I called one hour before they closed, spoke to a very polite and professional gentleman over the phone who told me to come in as soon as I’d like. Of course I went right there and they upgraded my RAM and replaced my charger after diagnosing it for the most fair price I could ask for. I didn’t spend more than 20 minutes in the store and the entire experience was more pleasant than I expected it to be! I will only recommend this company from now on to anyone who is having issues with Apple products but is out of warranty or maybe just doesn’t want to deal with the Apple store.
