These guys are the real freakin thing. They roll in a nicely decorated food truck all over Baton Rouge. You can’t miss them. Follow them on Facebook and they’ll post where their going to be. I just had the Tony Montana(steak) sandwich. The soft flat bread was grilled just right, the steak strips cooked perfectly and the melted cheese was on point. Hands down my favorite sandwich in Baton Rouge and I haven’t found any great sandwich spots, aside from Maxwell’s Market, since I moved here from NYC. Also, they sell the plantin chips which we killed for back when we were kids growing up in NYC.
