If you know ME, you know that I am BIG on customer service. We had the pleasure of being greeted by both Eldrin, the Store Associate, and Jackie, the Associate Manager. I personally needed to end my abusive relationship with Sprint and they made the transition SUPER easy. They were both extremely helpful and super patient. Sprint definitely gave me the run around so porting over was no small feat. The two of them even stayed after hours to ensure my guy and I got all of our phone business handled. They introduced all the new offers and perks and even gave an in-depth presentation on what they can offer for small businesses to those who are interested. So if you happen to be a small business in need of phone services, iPads, routers, etc. I think you should give them a visit, they seem like they will truly cater to you. They also made sure we got as much of a discount as possible by asking about employers, referrals from friends or family, and if you have a phone to exchange. I think it was pretty neat the EXTREMELY low price we paid out the door for all the equipment we received. Just a word of wisdom to those un-privy, although it seems like you get a FREEPHONE/EQUIPMENT, its definitely NOTFREE. You make payments… rather low payments… over a 24 month period. Just be cognizant of that my little grasshoppers. Pay them a visit though, seriously, especially if you have Sprint. Sprint is God Awful. Let T-Mobile take care of you. LOL

Bought the HTC one S after reading about it and the salesmen showed me that there is excellent service at my address. When I got home and tried to use the phone there was 0 service. I had to travel about six miles to be able to make a very broken up call. I took the phone back the very next morning and also called customer service to make sure I would not get charged for this and they assured me that every thing would be taken care of. Couple months later I received a cancellation notice with a past due amount. They did not deactivate my account so I had 2 months with of payments due. So I called this damn company’s customer service and they said every things going to be fixed and my next bill should only be for what I used for the one day of service. My next bill was a letter from a collection agency with the past due amount plus the early termination fee. I just spent over 2 hours on the phone talking to there financial service department and there customer service department and I doubt that its fixed. I would have to highly recommend to avoid T-Mobile. There prices and plans look good. But how they operate and deal with there customers is very bad. Some thing that should have been a simple fix to begin with has ended up being a very bad headache. I would like to say much more inappropriate words to help describe the frustration that I am feeling but then this post probably wouldn’t get posted.
