The two young men who came were very courteous. We had moved everything out of the areas we wanted cleaned (I 100% recommend doing that). My carpets were filthy and now they are clean and smelling good. They were knowledgeable, helpful and I will use again.

I hired Stanley Cleaners to help clean carpets & rugs at my father’s house in Baton Rouge (I live in Atlanta, came in town to help clean his house). The team cleaning the house did an inspection and asked what furniture should me moved, which areas of concern we had, and gave us a quote.
We never expected them to move large furniture. However, we spoke with the team about moving very small items which we could have easily moved for them (small end tables, night stands, lamps) — none of this was removed. They cleaned around every small item in the rooms. Our house cleaner discovered what they missed and had to spend a great deal of time moving very small items & vacuuming up hair, and cleaning carpet areas which were included in the original quote from Stanley Cleaners.
Although the manager, Craig, came out & promised a small refund for neglecting these areas, we haven’t seen the refund. I would caution other people to make sure that they are more aware of the carpet areas, moving items, and what is expected. We paid $ 436 for 2 rooms and 2 area rugs and received extremely poor service. We could have purchased our own carpet cleaner (or rented one) and had better results.
Stanley Cleaners will do a clean-​by service — they’ll come in for less than an hour and only clean what’s not on your carpet. Be aware of their promise to life anything that you don’t remove.
