I get that employees have to watch the areas for safety reasons but there is no reason to have 5 employees watching one section. Especially when there are only about 2 people jumping lol. The employees just stare and make you uncomfortable. It was incredibly awkward. Most of the employees were rude too. Terrible experience. The food was bad as well. I’ll try Area 51 next time but I doubt I’ll be returning here.

If you can’t get in at Area 51 and your option is to try this place or just go home… Go home.
We went with our children ages 2 — 6. We were not allowed to jump with our kids. They were separated for «safety» based on size. My 2-​year-​old had to jump by herself in the toddler area.
They have four lanes for the foam pit. What they don’t say is they only go two at a time so the lines are forever long.
Maybe if your children are older and can entertain themselves it would be fine. If you are looking for family fun, this is just not the place as the number of rules make it virtually impossible.
